Had a horrible experience at this good year location today. The power rd and southern ave in mesa az. My husband took his jeep in for a oil change and alliment. They were suppose to call him and instead they refused to take his call when I had my husband on the phone. They said to call them instead. But the problem was the service manager Dave. He gave me grief claims I was to loud when I was not. There also was a rude women a Karen type of person, in the waiting area, that also gave me a nasty time as well. She said I was in her space even though it was a public waiting area. That was our first experience there and will be most likely be our last.

I had a slow leak on one of my tires,these guys got me in early on a Saturday morning as I needed to travel back to Prescott,great service! I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, good service. I went in with a slow leaking tire on Saturday afternoon. Shop was busy and was told there would bea1.5 hour wait. It turned out to be longer but throughout they maintained friendly communication and in the end surprised me by doing the repair no charge. I will definitely be back should I require future service!

Gas Tank They replaced my gas tank in a 2014 Ford Focus and charged me $911.45. Three weeks later on the way home from Nevada in the middle of the desert, car quit running and when we pulled off the road, we could smell gas, gas was leaking out of tank. It was over 100 deg. and very unsafe conditions with gas leaking under the car and were 73 miles away from anywhere. Car had to be towed, we had to get home while car was being repaired. Went to Junction Tire and explained to them what happened. He asked if I ran over something, as if I trying to screw them. I was told they would do nothing, and I had to call their Warranty Service. Warranty Service is a 3rd party warranty service and is going to reimburse as little as possible. My bill to re repair their faulty work was another $735.70 at a Ford dealership, + towing and getting a ride home and then having to pick the car up after being repaired. Junction Tire is under new management. Don't believe the 5 star review, it's not for current operators. Dusting Service.

These guys are fantastic I went in there last week because their next-door neighbors at Midas tried to rip me off and tell me I needed a new oil plug and charge me between 75 and 500 (WTH) for what they said was a warped oil plug and a wrecked oil pan. I drove over to Junction Tire, which shared the parking lot with those scammers at Midas and what a refreshing group of people. Brandon and Blake took me right back put my car up on the lift and showed me there was nothing wrong with my oil plug or the oil pan. They changed my oil for about half the price that Midas was going to charge me for a Groupon coupon. They were respectful, they were nice, and they took care of me. It's so nice to do business with honest people like this that aren't just looking for the next buck. They have a clean comfortable waiting room and I barely had to wait. Thanks guys!!
