We were sold a total lemon. At pickup the car was not ready and we were told to bring it back to fix some minor things on it, like a faulty air duct. When fixing the air duct their "mechanic" butchered the electrical system and left the high beams only partially functional. We took it back several times for them to try to fix the electrical system. Every time they told us it was "fixed" we would find out within a few days that it was not fixed, just rigged with a temporary or dangerous band-aid solution. They installed already dangerously corroded parts in the electrical system, then spray-painted them with a flammable paint to cover up the bare wires. These faulty parts prevented the alternator from charging the battery, leading to a completely dead and depleted battery every 3-6 months and malfunctioning electronic components, like the windows, computer, sensors, radio, dash panel, etc.
Every time we took it to them to have something fixed they would end up breaking something else. This is all despite having sold the car to us well over blue book value, with a trade in, and with a warranty. All the "warranty" work they ever did was just covering long-term errors they had made on the vehicle without actually fixing anything to an adequate or safe standard.
