Placed my order 5 days ago and no email saying when I will get my order and called them 16 time left a message and no one called me back not sure if this company is or not don’t recommended that customer service. I try to reach them to get my money back and nobody answer my phone call or return my call back. I did send them a message through the website and nobody respond to my message yet.

Awful, website says open and on google, called during open hours and left with no answers, couldn’t even find the hidden store either in a plaza for cheap companies, on top of that they’re store is closed due to moving, yet no information provided about it. This place sucks don’t waste your time trying to go here. Just go to 5.11 instead.

I had an experience where I had found a knife that I had been searching for online available on the GMS Tactical website, only to discover through an email a couple of days later that this was not the case, and the knife was no longer available. This was very disappointing because the knife has been discontinued and it was quite a pleasant surprise to find it available here. Now I have to keep searching, while also having to wait for nearly $100 to be refunded to me. Very poor overall experience I just wish someone would keep the website updated.

These guys posted some velocity systems boss rugby shirts in stock on their instagram page. I reached out and was immediately met with fantastic communication and customer service. I quickly ordered one and received it in the mail along with some stickers and patches. 5 stars!

Place is awesome. Went in for a BCM buffer tube, Magpul CTR stock and BCM charging handle. And now they have their FFL I'll use them for that too!!

Hours have changed to reflect the difficulties of staffing with covid. The staff is down to just the owner, he is professional, friendly and knowledgable. He will work to find you what you need.This is a speacialy store. They have and can order any tactical, survival and LE equipment you need.

Friendly staff if you're looking for tactical gear I will check them out. You can also purchase weapons for through them and purchase weapons online and have them ship to them.

In May, I ordered a cot from this store on the online store. They said it won’t be in stock for a while and never specified when they will get more. A few months later, I find the object and sent an inquiry into the order status (which remains unanswered). More recently, I ask for a refund for the item I ordered as it still has not shipped. This inquiry also remains unanswered. Bottom line is customer service has been atrocious, and I will not be ordering from here again.Edit 8/9: Just got a response on my order. It should be set to ship soon. Really wish the site would inform buyers about the inventory status to avoid this issue. I’ll be changing the rating to reflect this.
