I love the providers at this practice and find that they walk the fine line between being viligant about providing the best care (ie insisting their patients be vaccinated) and being pragmatic about the realities of parenting (ie not starting a five-alarm fire for every little thing). Experienced, professional, and fantastic with my nine children that I have taken to them since 1996. Five stars in every way!!

We've been taking our kids here for about 4 yrs and have seen many providers during that time, all who have been excellent. I'm able to get sick visits in a reasonable time and the on call nurse is a wonderful service for those quick questions at night or on the weekends. Today we saw Dr Brad Guthrie and I was so impressed by how thoroughly he explained everything. He was patient, kind and very knowledgeable.

They refuse to see my new born son any longer because we aren’t wanting to get him vaccinated. Terrible demonstration of doctors who don’t actually care for patients.Reply: they are not proven to be safe for everyone. Show me a study that shows there aren’t any side affects from the vaccines you guys have chosen to jab into kids. There are plenty of reports, including my daughter who have had damage from the vaccines you use.

Refused to even see us because we could not agree to their strict vaccination schedule for our infant due to a familial vaccine allergy. This is definitely a one-size-fits-all practice more concerned about virtue-signaling than about serving the needs of parents and children.

I chose this office for my daughter's routine well-child visits and have never had an issue there. Recently, we had to come in twice for same day urgent appointments and I've been very happy with the services and care we received. My 5 year old was quickly diagnosed with pneumonia and we were able to get her on antibiotics right away. I've never had to wait for long in the exam room before seeing a practitioner. After calling the after hours line for advice, the office called us back the next morning and set up an appointment. They also called back two days later to make sure my daughter was feeling better. Overall they have been very attentive and kind which is all I can ask.

We used this office for 7 years and were just told to leave due to a new policy. Sad to read I’m not the only one who has experienced this. We recommended this practice for years and always had great rapport with the office staff and doctors. Sad to see the direction this practice, and many others, are going. We won’t be recommending them anymore and will actively share the last experience and how this office treated us. Sad. Really sad.We loved Dr Melanie (who is amazing!) and will miss seeing her. She was the best part of our experience.

One of the best pediatrics offices I have found! They always have a ton of availability for sick kids on short notice and have two offices to choose from. We see Dr. H and love how he spends time answering all of our questions and preparing us for what to expect next. The staff is super knowledgeable and quick to get you in and out. The best part is they offer Twighlight services from 6-10pm Monday- Saturday that doesn't require an appointment. It's slightly more expensive, but not near the cost or wait of an urgent care or hospital. Parking can be a little tough, but I highly recommend this office for new or experienced parents!

My kids have been going to Gilbert Pediatrics since my oldest was born 12 years ago. We love the doctors! Sometimes we have to wait for 30-45 minutes, but that's because the doctors are taking the time to help each and every patient, which is most important to me. We love Gilbert Pediatrics!

Stay away from Gilbert pediatrics and Dr. Guthrie! They hide charges and perform procedures without informing patients of the fees. Poorly run and mis-managed office.

Absolutely love Dr Leavitt, he is the only reason we will always continue to come to this place. But I do not recommend coming to the twilight Pediatrics (their after hours). I find out it's a co pay the gotta add my other kid to get looked at it's another 21 dollars for now both of kids 42 dollars. I could have taken them to an urgent care been in and out no co pay and wouldn't have waited for over an hour to be seen. I understand but even a hey it's gonna be a while, I could've made the decision to go somewhere else. Like I said Dr Leavitt will always keep us coming back not so much after hours though.

The Medical staff is Great. Especially Dr. Gutherie. The office staff is a nightmare. unprofessional, arrogant, and zero help. Every time you walk in, they act like you are interrupting their day off. They act like they know more than the doctors (which office staff should NEVER be giving out advise under any circumstance to begin with). They are impossible to work with. If you hate your job that much, than quit. The doctors and Nurses are great but the front office staff makes me want to go somewhere else. They need training on how to be people. Quit being rude and WORK WITH PEOPLE!! If you can get passed the front office this place is 5 stars for medical practice.

My oldest is 11 and we have been using Gilbert Pediatrics since he was born. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I trust them and they are always accommodating and helpful. I’ve been to both locations, seen all the docs and NPs on staff.
