I just came in to check out some Pokémon items for my son. The Game Stop staff was super helpful and had great ideas that helped point me in the right direction for what I wanted to purchase. I wound up signing up for a Pro Membership so I could score some sweet rewards!

My brother and I always LOVE coming here. When I was 10, we both would just be amazed at all the items there. Now that im 15, I don't get as much time to go there! I miss its amazing atmosphere, caring employees, and kind managers. Thank you, GameStop, for giving me a good childhood

Marlin did not listen at all to me and pushed me into a Pro rewards. When I asked him how much credit I would be getting from my trade without the Pro Rewards he pushed through the transaction and handed me a gift card with the remainder of my trade on it. I left very angry and felt completely conned/scammed. I don’t normally shop at GameStop and today was a great reminder why. Make it right!

The store is a bit smaller than other GameStops, but the location is convenient, and the staff is very knowledgeable here. Received excellent advice on purchasing a new gaming system and trade-in process.
