I have never dealt with a more compassionate and hardworking pharmacy staff, especially Patrick! Despite being as busy as could be, especially this time of year, they always greet my wife and I with a smile and get our medications done as quickly as humanly possible. I recommend 100% all day!

Frys, if you are reading this, you have a serious emergency with the employee Patrick at your store's pharmacy.This occurred on 9/15/2023, so if you have cameras that have audio recording, PLEASE look into this.I have ALWAYS had issues with this employee either messing up my prescriptions, calling the wrong doctor, etc, but today was the most appalling. While I was waiting in line to pick up my daughter's medication, I heard him discussing something in a hushed voice.As an ex-pharmacist myself, this conversation concerned me, so I actually turned my hearing aid up in an attempt to overhear. I heard him discussing an attempt of his to ILLEGALLY commit prescription drug abuse and fraud. I feigned politeness to him while I picked up her prescription and asked him his name so I could report him to the DEA. I will be reporting him and I expect at the very least an investigation against him.Frys, if you don't want to deal with a legal hassle, I VERY much recommend investigating this. I am open for emails to discuss this in a private place. Please respond to this comment with an email address I can contact if you could.

FIND ANOTHER PHARMACY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Every employee I've dealt with seems mad, is rude and has no concern for the customer. Fry's has been out of stock on my prescription for weeks so I finally had my doctor submit a new alternative. I called to check on status and first if all, someone entered it wrong so they weren't even working on it and the lady told me I could pickup by 5. I asked if they could put a rush on my prescription as I haven't had any medicine and she told me they were busy and only 2 people were working. She didn't say she could rush it, just that I would be alerted when it was done. I would think that if you have been completely out of medicine that the pharmacy would make it top priority, but not here. They don't care if your suffering going without it. This will be the last prescription I get filled here. I am finally taking my business elsewhere. I found a pharmacy with a 4.8 rating. Hopefully they live up to that. I'm excited to work with people who care and I'm treated kindly.

HORRIBLE pharmacy. RUNNNNNNNN!!! The clerks who ring you up always seem to have an attitude and bothered by you if you ask anything or need anything more than to be rang up. VERY UNPLEASANT!!!

Customer service was awesome, a young lady Marley rang me and was very courteous. My only complaint is the digital coupons. Apparently fry's expects us to walk around the store with our phones out and their app open to snip digital coupons in order to get the advertised price directly in front of the product we want. It's a hassle and not very clear. The employees knew right away what it was, so obviously they deal with this all the time. I put in my fry's card number and that's all that should be needed, not a separate app. Do better fry's.. do better.

Vey friendly and helpful. Their only drawback is they are understaffed so getting a 'script filled takes 3, 4, or more days.

This is now the 4th time this has happened to me. I received a text from Fry's RX on 4-13-22 that my prescriptions would be ready to pick up on 4-15-22 so I waited until 4-16-22 at about 2PM to go and pick them up only to learn that my prescriptions were not even approved yet by my doctor. as of today 4-18-22, I will have missed 3 doses from 2 separate prescriptions. why in the world can't someone fix this problem about notifying your customers when the prescriptions are not even ready ??? gas costs a lot of money these days and it's a huge waste of time. and to top it all off the pharmacy people are rude and condescending about the problem. who at Frys; is going to address this problem I know it's got to be happening to more people than just me? you can contact me at 602-390-3902. So my wife went into this store with her service dog. She was hounded by a manger named Cathy who told her service dogs weren't allowed in the store and that pitbull couldn't be service dogs. She made a complaint with cooperate who promised her a credit for her experience that was not given either. We will never shop at frys again because of how the manager carries themselves. As managers it's ur job to set the example for customer service and make sure u have all the proper knowledge. This was not the case. I hope no one has to go through what my wife did. Her service dog helps her get the courage to go outside and deal with people however the way she was treated at this location was atrocious

Called to phone in a prescription, after no call back I called again to check the status. They told me I needed to update my insurance, called again at 10 am with updated insurance and they said they would get it ready. At 5:30 went to pick it up and they still didn’t have it ready. Said 45 minutes was the best they could do and the pharmacy tech was rude. Back again and there are 8 people in line ahead of me. This pharmacy has always been a hassle. I will definitely be switching pharmacies after this.

My husband is very ill and doctor prescribed medicine to be picked up at this Fry's. I went there more than 2 hours later for prescription as husband very I'll but wanted to give them time. When I got there they said it would be 30 minutes so I waited in store. After 40 min I went back up and PA said they were too busy to fill. I asked when it would be ready and she said "I don't know. We are busy." I said "today, tomorrow?" She said rudely, "I don't know." I said, you told me 30minutes. She said, "we are busy." She didn't apologize for making me wait, nothing. To top it off, I had bought groceries and had 3 items that were supposed to be 50% off as they were Christmas items. They charged me full price. I had to go back to customer service and I told her that they overcharged and she questioned me if The items were really 50% off bc she didn't think they sounded like Christmas items. I had to prove it. When she saw they overcharged. She, too, didn't say she was sorry for essentially calling me a liar. WORST customer service ever! They don't even deserve a 1 rating!

Without a doubt, this is the singular WORST Fry's in the Mesa, Gilbert & Chandler area. Their failure to adequately staff this store dates back at least 6 years. So the pandemic is NOT a valid excuse. The management of this store would need specialized training to be any worse at staffing this store. ZERO stars would actually be generous.....

Patrick Raidy The pharmacy manager is completely rude and unwilling to work with any patient. I am a nurse and I cannot believe the negligence and misconduct of this pharmacist. I’m going to report him to the board and frys should really reconsider having this man as the pharmacist at this location.
