Do everything in your power not to use this pharmacy, unfortunately I’m stuck with them, the problem is chronic and is really messing with our lives and mental health at this point. Every single month, no matter how proactive I am, this pharmacy will not, and I mean 100% of the time WILL NOT fill our meds on time. I plan ahead and have my doctor send the script a few days ahead of time, but it can’t be filled until 30 days after the last one, this leaves us without medication that we need for mental health for days and up to a week. Over Christmas this year we didn’t have meds for a week, it really ruined our Christmas vacation. I spent my entire family Christmas party on the phone back and forth between the doctor and the pharmacy trying to middleman their poor communication. I wasn’t even successful so I missed the party for nothing. I’m really struggling with what to do, and I’m sitting here in tears after just being told that they forgot to add it to the last order and now I won’t have it until Monday (hopefully). My doctor sent the script on Wednesday, today is Saturday, and they didn’t even order it until yesterday. At this point it’s become so bad that I am looking for a way to just get off these meds because the days that I don’t have them are so hard, but that’s a really sad solution because the meds have really changed my life and I’m a better parent, I function better at work, I’m happier, I get more done all around, and I shouldn’t have to consider quitting meds that have been life changing for me simply because the pharmacy can’t get it together. I don’t know who’s fault this is but I have a feeling that it’s just an understaffed and overwhelmed pharmacy and Fry’s won’t hire more help? Idk. Do your best to find somewhere else to go.

Came in ten minutes before close because I needed an antibiotic. I had never gotten medications here before so they had to develop a profile to fill the medication. I was totally prepared to not be able to get the meds until the next day but they got them ready for me. Thanks guys for your dedication.

Before Covid this used to be a great pharmacy. The last two years it has slipped so badly after today I won’t have any further prescriptions filled here.Waited a week for a Metformin prescription, finally called them and they said it will be ready in 15 minutes.I get a ride to there, almost an hour later and after waiting in line, it will be ready in 20 minutes!I had to leave because I can’t keep the person who drove me waiting around for another 20 minutes.Will have to come back tomorrow and wait through the line again.Terrible service

The service here is always on point. Zyro is a great conversationalist, yet still maintains professionalism. There was another employee (sadly I cannot remember his name) while I was bagging groceries and he was helping me- we got into a conversation about exotic animal pets and licensure for such. I learned a lot that day! I also noticed a lot of Instacart shoppers bing rated with kindness and respect despite their sense of urgency and even their nervousness. Now the sales floor was a little disorganized, however, it was busy in store and I figured it was more contributed to customers; for the staff was aware and did their best effort to make it look presentable. Will definitely return to shop here- for it really is one of the "nicer," Frys in the area.

We went there last night after 8:00 pm. There were NO cashiers. Are you kidding me???I am done with this store. I spend a lot of money on groceries but not here anymore.

Astonished at my experience here. Two workers ran full force into closed doors, bursting out at me and another customer entering. They laughed, didn't explain or apologize. One welcomed the other customer but not me.The elder welcomer camped out in their electric chair with the disrespectful wandering eyes neglected to involve himself. I would have taken my business elsewhere if I hadn't been running back in after forgetting my card in the car while at self check out.Self checkout girl was extremely helpful, sweet. I'm so glad she was working because this shook me up. I felt unsafe here, will never be back

10am on a Friday - 1 checker, 11 in line. Told no there are no checkers scheduled - I asked..I am disabled and no other option - elderly that need help- pathetic...Will go elsewhere

The worst grocery shopping experience ever. Lines and lines of people trying to check themselves out because there's no staff. Also one lady to handle three lines of self checkout people. The self checkout with the larger rolling counter damaged my vegetables. The cash register started blinking. I had to call to get someone to come over to help. The blonde lady helper with the dark glasses seemed very irritated and acted like it was my fault that the cash register wasn't happy. Sorry but no one trained me as a grocery store worker. I said I can't wait to Yelp this store, and she just walked away as fast as she could laughing. Never asked me why. Nobody gives a p*** who works there anymore. What a mess! Just so the CEO at the top gets a bigger bonus. What a lousy run business.

One of the worst Fry's stores in the entire Valley. I asked for help with my current Fry's Vip cards. I could not get the app to scan the specials to get the discount price. When I showed them the problem, all I got was a blank stare, and " I can't do anything about that" even customer service was useless. This is one of the many reasons I really don't like shopping at Fry's. There are lots of other grocery stores that are willing to provide great customer service. Obviously Fry's could care less. To make things worse, I asked if they could give me the sale price, I even took a picture of it for them. No I can't help you, was the response. So when I asked who could, he said maybe someone at customer service could. Annnnnnnmn, wrong no help either. I guess I just need to go somewhere that cares about serving the customer. Don't bother with Fry's.

Used to be the best pharmacy in Mesa not anymore prescriptions are always late never leave texts anymore the staff is very rude even the ones who know you by name they say your not the only patient we have and you tell them your script was due three days prior not happy but what can you do

I purchased 2 chairs from the Main/Greenfield store and they were too big for my porch. After looking for over a week for my receipt, I printed out my credit card statement for the purchase and had my Fry's card and credit card with me. I explained to customer service and was told she was not authorized and got her evening supervisor Eddie. Without ever even making eye contact he said that the receipt clearly states that returns without a receipt will not be accepted. I nicely asked even with my date, time card and Fry's card. He turned to the other employee and started talking to her-no response even after I waited a couple more minutes. I went home and checked other receipts-there is no such statement on them. Long long story short, I went to the Higley and Baseline store and Jennifer took it back with a smile and thank you. WOW no wonder this store is such a mess. It has the worst employees of any of the stores.
