They did pay for the damage to my vehicle but it took a lot of footwork and negotiation but the damage was far greater than what I was given and I did all their work for them

You seriously need a receipt to use the bathroom? My little girl needed to use the bathroom mid shopping, we run to the entrance just to find out we can only use the bathroom if we show a receipt of purchase.
