I have been shopping at Fry's since I moved to the apartment complex next door. I love the pickup option. Lately things have been different. I order almost the exact things each week. This week instead of the small low carb tortillas, I got 2 of the gigantic double size ones. Instead of my favorite roast beef lunch meat from the deli, I got barely cooked meat. It just weird things. I got 4 large packages of defrosted strawberries. I also got 4 of my usual small packages. I was charged for the defrosted ones. It just shows a lack of careful order assembling.

Been waiting for my order for pickup for over 30 minutes there's about 10 cars and only one person delivering the food to the cars this kid is dressed and sweat and he's doing this all by himself this is ridiculous and unfair to him totally horribly planned this is Tempe Arizona there should be at least two or three people bringing out these orders is inappropriate to wait this long and it is ridiculous to have this could be working this hard all by himself.

I've never really had a problem with the store itself, but lately they've allowed AT&T in there to try and sell their services. I'm going there for food, not cell service and I'm getting sick of being harassed every time I walk by the dairy section. It's about a 50/50 shot if they're going to bug you after you say you're not interested

Cashier Carolyn complains at lot. To the point it’s a real bummer having to check out with her. I really didn’t appreciate being berated at for not emptying the hand basket. It’s the same amount of effort for her to grab from the basket vs the belt.
The only reason I even had a hand basket vs a cart was because no one had restocked the carts near the entrance. Didn’t help that the bagger abandoned Carolyn to go play on her phone at the empty register next to us.

Constant signage mis-information. Apparently it's company why because this is yet another freeze that I went to that was not doing it before but now they're doing it after leaving other ones that kept pulling the same pranks
Then, Heaven forbid asking a question about the prices, night manager Cuts you off starts yelling at you and then says oh you can't talk to me like that I'm a woman.
I was nothing but respectful
I'm not going to treat you differently because you're a woman that's the whole point of feminism. You want to cut me off mid-sentence and act like I'm some kind of idiot of course I'm going to talk back.
Just cuz you got to go home in a few minutes doesn't mean you can't talk to the customers with respect
Powerade & power armor rip-off
the sign said 79 cents nothing about a digital deal
But it's a really small shelf tag if you go all the way over there just to find out whether you're getting ripped off or not

The rudest employees I've ever experienced I work in a business that's near this Fry's and would not send my dog here. Every single employee even down to the management is out of control disrespectful.

It's a decent store, nothing spectacular about it. A small parking lot compared to others, Cute but small garden center, self check out is usually not busy. Dislikes the outside cellphone sales people that hang out in the back that try to get you to change over to their cellphone service. I'm here to get milk not change phone providers but that's just me ?

Bought crockpot, less than a week and in the box all the time. Wanted to exchange or get credit, was told no.That’s sucks. Disgusting customer service by the store manager!!!
