That manager Ed is what’s gonna rub all your applicants away. He’s rude. I went for an open interview with my child because on my application it said I don’t have child care until the evenings. When I told him that he was just like “ugh you brought your child?” Like yes because I’m trying to make a better place for her but since his nose was so high in the sky he couldn’t see that I’m never applying here or shopping here again. Could’ve been nicer about it than just being rude towards my daughter

Should have gone to WINCO!! No loose onions of any kind no russet potatoes loose, only large roasts, very expensive, just needed for me and my husband. This is not the first time disappointed.

Don't order a cake for this location last 2 cake names where spelled wrong 1st black icing everywhere after corrections were made and now this one is a Xmas in July and is now pink instead of white where red corrections were made they write everything down ask if it is correct then don't even use the paper they just guess! Cayleb mistaken to Kaleb then Braylynn mistaken to Bralnn wow!

There are never any employees available to assist you. After shopping today, I noticed I was overcharged after getting home and looking at my receipt. I went back to the store a short time later, and was ignored for quite some time while trying to find someone to fix the mistake on my receipt. Once someone finally came to assist me, they refused. They said they couldn't do a refund because the drawer was closed. I arrived back to the store at 8:30 PM, but they don't close until 10PM. So, an hour and a half before closing, and they refused to reimburse me and told me to come back the next day.

If you ever have a failed transaction that still shows pending on your card, keep the receipt and make sure the charge falls off. I had a big transaction never fall off my card for 3+ weeks and I had to file a dispute with my CC company. Everything is fine now, but if I would not have kept track of it, it probably would never have fallen off. This is the only time that has happened in over a year of lots of shopping there, so it's all good. Just gotta do my part and warn others.
Other than that, this store is wonderful.

Staff was very helpful. I forgot my payment at home, and my phone was dead they held groceries for me until I could charge my phone. That way, I didn't have to reshop

This is the absolute worst Frys I have ever been to. The employees here are so rude, it’s like they ask these kids when they hire them if they can just be rude to people! The customer service is the worst. The customer service desk opens at 8 but some grumpy employee usually strolls in about 5 after 8 rudely says you’ll have to wait while I get all set up. God forbid there is 15 minutes before closing and you need milk! They block the door and turn you away so that they can leave at a decent time. I will never come here again! I can’t wait for the new store to open on power and Elliot

This is the only Frys location that I've had interactions with RUDE employees every time ive shopped. I won't be coming back. Also this last time they put my cold sushi on top of my hot chicken so when I got home the sushi was all hot and mushy. These people need to be taught customer service.

I missed his name but I think it was Ed. Shoutout to him, it didn’t accept my fry’s card and he caught it and got me the savings I should’ve had. What a great guy, every penny counts with today’s prices.
