As a rule I avoid Fry's. Had to stop in and got the reinforcement of that position. The one handicap spot that was available isn't. It didn't have the extra access path next to it (remove the sign, it's a normal spot). Went to the entrance and the first two carts I tried both had jammed wheels. Doesn't anyone do any maintenance here or at least remove the damaged carts? Hope the merger doesn't go through. Don't pollute my go to grocery chains with the Fry's philosophy.

The customer service woman Ann was so fast with every customer, friendly, and hustling! She deserves a raise. I was far back in line and I saw her be patient and take care of each person.

One hour before closing and they close customer service. So if you have a problem, like forgetting to use your coupons, you are out of luck! I will not be back.

I just had yet another bad experience at this Fry's location with an associates named Danny. She had the nastiest attitude and smart mouth for a person that's working customer service.

I came here for a interview. Upon arrival I notified customer service of my name. She then radioed the manager to tell him I was there someone replied back I'm on aisle 5 I'll be right there . My interview time was at 1pm-115pm. After waiting 14 minutes. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. I decided to leave. Ironically there is a big now hiring sign at the front door. I assume no one is there to do the hiring?!

Fry's has the absolute worst grocery store App ever, I'm sure they paid millions of dollars to have someone develop it for them. What a huge waste of money, They got completely ripped off, it is the most confusing and worthless app I've ever seen in my life, even the store employees agreed with me, even they couldn't get it to work correctly. I don't even want to shop there anymore, it's so bad, I don't care about any of the supposed savings I might be able to get, it's not worth the effort and frustration. Get a clue, Kroger / Fry's your App sucks.

This frys location is selling rotten meat and produce. The cauliflower had gone bad and made my family sick, and the pork chops were rotten 3 days before the sell by date. Kroger needs to get its quality control in check

Dani in the bakery takes all 5 stars for this store.
She answered the phone like she was working for a multi billion dollar organization. Her phone etiquette and demeanor shines through her customer service. We need more people like this who take their job seriously and enjoy what they do no matter what their job is. I hope this makes it to a staff meeting where Dani is recognized for an exceptional phone interaction . Great work Dani!
