It's a a Fry's Marketplace, so it's bigger than just a Fry's grocery store. It's clean, wide selection of products, great produce, the deli is good to they make hot fresh crunchy chicken everyday along with a lot of other things.

got here at 925 and they had locked the doors, thought they closes at 10
seriously still had more than 30 mins before closing, n they decide to lock the doors even though thrte was ppl shopping inside

Isn't organized well. The customers don't care about other people trying to get around the store, too... other Frys stores are better organized and easier to move around.

Enjoy shopping there but last visit there 7-12-24 in a matter of 3 minutes I was approached 3 times by at&t sales people. I'm sorry but I ho to a grocery store for groceries not to hear about phones.... Fresh if this is gonna be a new normal thing I'm gonna be going elsewhere...

The pharmacist needs to have their license taken.
Multiple times these people have given me the run around, while my insurance has openly said multiple times that it's the pharmacist lack of knowledge how.
At one point they refused to give me my medicine for potential allergies.
I've taken this medicine for over 15 years, why in any world would it suddenly effect me?!
Half of these people probably got their license from copy and pasting from the Internet.
I'm a medical professional and to see such failures in their career is astounding.
Get it together guys, it's not like it's bananas out of stock and a simple complaint. No, this is people's livelihood that they're messing with.
You are not God, you're a pharmacist. Your job is to fill prescriptions, not have personal stipulations over whether or not MY MEDICATION is needed, YOU ARE NOT THE DOCTOR.

I have not shopped at this Frys in over a year. Due to the attitudes of some of the employees.
But
This week they had deals I just didn't want to miss. I had deleted the app I had linked to my card. Useless to have if I don't shop at Frys. I could not get the barcode to come up on my phone. I was able to locate my card number. When I first got to the store, I went to customer service. No one was available. Completed my shopping, checked the customer service desk. 2 people over there. But the LANE CLOSED sign was still up. I ask the girl, Are you open? and before I can say anything else. Like, "
I'm just having an issue with my card and would really appreciate some help, she goes to running her moith about being open, blah blah blah. Just super snotty like she could not be bothered. The male asked her something and she went off on her tangent again. I walked away. Right behind me was a older lady with long red hair. I say to her, "you look a bit friendler then the girl over there. Maybe you can help me? Nope. She basically tells me Im a idiot.That I'm not logged in. It clearly is showing my card number and my full name. But she says I am not logged in, And walks the f... Away from me. I'm about to walk out and leave my $200 of groceries in the cart, like I did sometime last year. But I take a deep breath and go to check out. I explained my issue. Can I just get a new card. Not a problem. Renee tells me That Andrew is on the, register in customer service, and that he is helpful and a sweetheart that would make me laugh. I just was not in the mood to go back and ask for help AGAIN. I will say Renee and the girl bagging were sweethearts as well as the deli girl. I'm sure Andrew is as nice as they said. I just dont have pateince for poor customer service and rudeness

Hi, I am a little annoyed right now. I just left store at Alma School & Main and wanted to get the water bottles on sale at the gas station, when I went to pay the cashier give me a price that is more than advertised. I told her that it says price is $3.99, she tells me I need to scan the bar code in order to get the discount, the bar code is on the paper with the price but is way up high so I cannot reach it. Why have a sale if you cannot get the price advertised???
