My self-checkout cashier was absolutely wonderful. Doing the best she could do, with some of the rude customers. Not once did she lose her composure

This is my worst Fry's experience ever and my family loves Fry's. I could overlook the security gates that don't open when you go in or the shopping carts that lock up. But having the handicap scooters key locked is terrible. How is a handicapped person supposed to get to Customer Service to get the key, you have to give them your ID or keys, then get back to the scooter to use it. Get your groceries to your car. But if Customer Service has your keys, how do you unlock your car?? And then you have to do it all again to get your stuff back. Does this make sense?? If I could do all that, I wouldn't need the scooter. If you are handicapped, I do not recommend using the Fry's location at Broadway & Ellsworth..

It's remarkable in today's technology and intelligence it comes down to reliability on service people that don't understand the meaning of it. Most recently the big gift card scams. That's created a inconvenience on the intelligence of a needed service. So let's pull the cards from the shelf and lock up behind the service desk. Which is slow, don't open until 8:03 am. If I smoked, chewed or needed baby food to make some crack the cashier "when there" would walk over, unlock a case and pull them out. But gift cards are a separate locked away item with only the one person (even though there's 3 people standing behind the service desk at 7:55 am talking about thier dogs). What's a brush off and wait 8 more minutes. Krogers executive people don't have a clue of what service is. Like nobody wants gift cards between 6 am and 8:03 am (if your first in line). Wake up Frys, it's apparent there's no rocket science folks working today. Service at Frys is like City workers. 5 standing around and 1 actually working. But then it's today's democratic society where if it isn't free, it's not needed. A Frys and Albertson/Safeway Merge is going to be the worse thing for Arizonas Grocery Business.

This was the worst visit ever!!! I bought $10 worth of chicken breasts 3 days ago and opened it yesterday with a sell date of 8/6. The meat was spoiled and smelled bad! I took it to exchange today, I noticed I must have thrown the receipt away in the other bag when I bought it. I didn't want a refund, I wanted the bad meat replaced, and the lady refused and said they had no way to look anything up without a receipt. I never expected to buy bad meat. I told her to keep the bad meat and I won't be back!!! Never have I had suck a bad experience at any place.

Went to the Service Deli, after 6:00 pm.
Thought they were OUT of Chicken.
But they were not, out of the back room comes the nice man with FRESH juicy chicken.
Minerva completed our order, of the 8 piece meal deal.
She was the nicest, most up beat Service Deli employee, I have dealt with in Years
Just wanted to shout out to her, A Thank - You! for her Awesome Customer Service!
Oh and the Chicken was fresh and delicious.
We will be back!

Bought a beef chuck roast on sale and it had at least 2 cups of fat that I had to remove. All of it buried in the middle of roast that was undetectable thru the package.
Disgusting and very deceptive.
I will NEVER buy meat from this store again!!!!!!!!

I love frys and their sales! Some of their employees are rude as hell. On Ellsworth and Broadway. But I love saving almost as much as I spend. And getting fuel points.

The price of anything is inflated in this and many other stores now that it is almost impossible to feed the family without taking out a second mortgage on your home. If you don't have a store card you'll pay an even more insane price and if you do you'll have to buy 6 of an item to get what is perceived as a discount or "fair" deal. It's ridiculous that our leaders that don't, or ever have, gone hungry let this happen to the Americans that put them in office. I can do better on some items at the local quick store than I can here. That's scary in itself. Customer service counter isn't open when the store is open so God forbid you need some kind of service, you'll be waiting at their mercy.
