Been a customer for a quarter of a century!
Always good service and good prices!
Today I ran in to get one item only.
My cashier, (think) his name was Paul. A very pleasant young man.
After ringing up my item, he rapidly closed down his cash register, and ran outside with a grocery bag in his hand, passing me on the way out.
He scanned the parking lot, and found his ‘goal’!
A family father with a bunch of kids loading up their car with the groceries they’d just purchased!
He went over to him and handed him the bag they had accidentally left!
That’s what I call going over and beyond!
I think he’s already one of the managers, but that only enhances the value of him as a Wonderful employee!

I like food city they have great deals on meat, selection, and vegetable selections this food city in particular is very clean I’ve been to others which are not employees are very nice and helpful this which Citi is on McKellips and Brown in Mesa, Arizona

Leilana at the bakery has no social skills. Asked about a product, and she answered short and quick WHILE she ran away. She saw us pick something else up and reared her entire body backward with the biggest eye roll I have ever seen! I'm so sorry I purchased something you made earlier. Won't do it again.
Security guy is awesome.
