The service received was not satisfactory. First I had to take my car before it was completed. John the owner said that he would keep in communication with me because the insurance kept calling him telling him he needed to hurry and complete my car. After three weeks had gone by and having to chase John about my trim I left my first review where John called me upset and stated the trim to my windshield was not his responsibility.I messaged him that there was bow issues with the rear view mirror and my windshield wipers he stated that it had nothing to do with him. I explained that thus is a new car under 35k miles and I don't have that issue before I took my car there. I also explained well since the windshield isn't your responsibility the parts of my car that he was supposed to repair was pooly repair definitely not the not worth the 1700 that was charged.

Did a pretty good job. Didn’t follow my instructions of call me when he arrived as I wouldn’t be home and I’d unlock my truck from my mobile app, said he be the one there to do the work and so I called him 3 times the morning of appointment no answer had to drive back to my house to finally get contact and it was his father in law who did the work. Got back home to look at the truck and the clear coat wasn’t blended right. Sent himPictures of it and he told me he’d be at my house Tuesday, never showed, said he be there Thursday, never showed up.If he has to come back make sure to only pay half up front and the other half when he fixes whatever is wrong.

Flex botched a paint job back in December. The issue, apparently, was that he failed to compensate for the low temperature. Since then, he has promised to redo the work and made numerous appointments, all of which have come and gone without him actually showing up. In addition, I have had to drive all the communication. After two months of excuses, II give up. I’m out $700+, and I’m out of patience. Caveat emptor.Service: Painting

I had torn my front bumper completely off and was afraid that I would have to replace it. I called Flex and they came to my house and had it fix in 45 minutes. Super nice guys and explained what they did to fix it. Highly recommend for any cosmetic damages.Service: Body & Trim

Project turned into a disaster after dropping off truck at John's house. John ignored written directions and requests on multiple items. His neighbor and kids did a horrible paint job wasting materials and time. I have to have truck repainted at a professional shop. John failed on just about every level possible. Sad because I wasted two grand and all my time and I really trusted him. I bent over backwards trying to get the job done right without success.Service: Painting

I found John while looking to repaint and restore my Honda and he did not disappoint. He was quick to reply and even came to my house. He completed the the entire job in 2 days and was very reasonably priced. He even talked me out of buying new headlight lens’ after being disappointed with the local car wash buffing.
