Need to do something about the service in this store. The girls there are to worried about their phones. No help was given I had to seek it. I bought the shoes I wanted because I couldn't find else where but I can tell you I won't be back.

I am deeply concerned about the persistent lack of air conditioning at this store. It is uncomfortably hot, and I fear for the well-being of both employees and customers. Despite frequent inquiries, the issue remains unresolved. Immediate action is necessary to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. This is not just a discomfort but a serious health risk.

This store is amazing to shop at but my main concern is the lack of Air Conditioning in there.

Sales representative DO NOT HONOR SALE PRICES OR ITEMS ON SALE. I have visited this store multiple times and this has happened most recently Saturday April 29,2023. While watching the cashier ring up my shoes I told three times it wasn't showing the correct price he proceeded to tell me that was the price with tax like come on I work retail. He then looks at my receipt and tries to put it in my bag as soon as I looked at it there was his mistake. It's a shame how these people try to get over and then attempts to make it seem like the consumers don't know what they are talking about.

Friday 8/22 we when into your store and got great customer service. We were treated wrongfully across the way just minutes before going into your store, and it was refreshing to get great service . Thank you for the politeness shown to us.

The selection is this store is so bad. I go inside of the store and it's probably 15-20 different shoes to choose from. The in store raffle system is so trash and under the table. They never have any sizes in stock. It's just a terrible Finishline location. Why are they still even open?

I came to pick up my Jordan 11 before noon time. There were 3 associates. I stood in line for about 5 minutes and until the guy was done but didn't get "can I help you?" gesture. I walked up and said I'm here to pick up my pair of shoes from the lottery. I showed him my ticket like 3 times before he went back to get them. Another associate seen me waiting and asked if I had my ticket. No thank you when I checked out. Pretty horrible costumer service. I probably won't shop here again for future shoes.
