So, I will never do business with these people again. I called in because after three days of purchase I get a check engine light on my dash and seeing a mechanic to read the codes I call the car place to see what they can do to fix the issues. The guy I spoke with was rude and if I could slap him through the phone I would. I'm reporting them to the BBB and also contacted an attorney because their contract states they do not issue warranties except the one which is required by law. Due to the fact he argued with me more so over how they always ask if you'd like to purchase an extended warranty. Well. I was NOT asked otherwise I would have gotten it. Amazing how more and more business can't be trusted. It was more of the guys attitude that really set me off the most. No customer service.

This is just a back yard lot to a tow yard/mechanic shop. The selection is okay but we didn't feel comfortable enough to purchase here.

The most painless, stress free auto buying experience I've ever had with a dealership. Fair pricing, no hard selling, no unexpected add-on expenses. I had a small issue after the purchase and they were very good about addressing my concern (it turned out to be nothing). I've since had a private shop do an oil change and inspection on the car and they raved about what good condition it is in. I'm very happy I went to Fine Line.

Albert & Robert, twin brothers who run this car lot. They are extremely knowledgeable, and talk to each prospective Customer with class and professionalism. If they don't have the car you are looking for, they have the contacts to get it for you. They have cars in all price ranges. THERE IS ZERO PRESSURE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING! They have an on-site mechanic and he can fix almost anything. If a good used car is what you need...this is the ONLY place I would go.

Always a great experience when buying a vehicle from this family owned small business. Robert and Albert the owners along with their mechanic Eric have always stood behind any car they have sold me. I have know these two for about 10 years and have purchased 5 cars from them. My three teen age daughters all have vehicles purchased here. They do care about what products they put and and can cater to everyone's budget whether it is a $40,000 high end car to a $2000 vehicle needed for basic transportation. No pressure sales and always felt when I left that the transaction was far for both sides. I would recommend this business and have recommended this business to family and friends. I will continue buying my used cars from them and encourage others to do so as well. This family run business has grown from a small operation to a much bigger one over the last 10 years. Which tells me I can't be the only one who feels this way about this company. Thanks Robert, Albert, Jessica, Anna and Eric for all you do!

RUN!!!!! RUN!!!!!! When I test drove the car I mentioned to them that something seems wrong with the brakes and I was told "that is how Mazda's drive and their mechanic fully checked the car out before it went out on the lot" I have bought used cars before so I am not d**** So we still bought as we thought it was a good deal and then took it to a mechanic to have it looked at as I figured that it just needed new brakes. Yeah, not even close. It needed new brake pads, rotors, vacuum braking system and there was a rod in the bake that was broken which prevents the car from flipping when you turn. They sold me that car!!!! Would they really have given that car to their family to drive oh heck no!!!! After reaching out to them they did in fact fix it only because they didn't want to be liable and I put up a stink. Let's get onto the fact of the keys. When we first bought it they said that their locksmith needed to reprogram the keys so we left it with them for a few days. Their locksmith was unable to get there and program the keys and so they told us the locksmith will come directly to your home and do the programming. I went ahead and took the car home and of course, the locksmith company never called I had to call them. They came out and then they said that another tech had to come out to reprogram it. So finally after me calling again another tech came out and then they couldn't get it and then was told that we had to buy a whole new modular cause that is why it was not programming. UGH!!!!!! One more thing. So we took it to the dealership so they could tell us what modular we needed. It was not the modular it was the key because the key was not a factory key therefore it would not program!!! So I reached out to the dealership again and let him know this and he said he would not pay for a new key or reimburse us the money that we had to pay for the dealership. The dealership was able to get one key programmed but stated that it will not stay programmed. When I told Robert about this he stated that he would not pay and that he paid enough with the brakes. Really it is not my fault that you sold me an unsafe car and got called out! They are only out for themselves and they do not care about their client's safety. Most small businesses rely on repeat customers. Well, they will never get my business or any of my friend's business again. I am glad that I did a portion of the transaction on a credit card as I was able to dispute the transaction and got a portion of our money back to pay for new factory keys.

Sold me a vehicle out of state and said it was all good and would pass smog. They said the computer was reset due to a "dead battery." We got it and couldn't smog it until the engine cycled, they didn't cycle it and check it themselves... Once it cycled, the engine light came on. I haven't been able to register it since and sitting in the mechanic costing me lots of $. I wrote them about it and they deny any responsibility.

Sold me a vehicle out of state and said it was all good and would pass smog. They said the computer was reset due to a "dead battery." We got the vehicle and it couldn't be smogged until the engine had cycled through the 500 miles. The dealership didnt cycle it themselves and check if it had an engine light or they knew... once it cycled the engine light came on and now it is at the shop costing me $. Of course they deny any responsibility.
