I have been an amputee for over 50 years. I came to Arizona about 2 years ago and knew I would need future prosthetic services and so began searching for the office I wanted to work with. I determined that I wanted to try Fikes even though it was a 4 hour drive each way. This was the best decision I could have made. I have a very bony stump that is probably different from the standard amputee. Ray was very good about approaching this differently to make this successful. I've always thought of him as my MaGyver prosthetist. A problem solving attitude that produced the best prosthetic I've had in 50 years. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Ray!

I have an AFO and and two other brand new ones which I got fitted in WI . My oldest one snapped at the hinge. I called several place a here no the galley and they all refused to help even after I offered to sign a waiver. I finally called Fikes Brace and limb and Kathy called me the next day and made me an appointment the next availability!THANK YOU THANK YOU. Susan J

Great place to get stuff for amputee always friendly when you go in doesn't matter what office they know their job never had an issue I wish I would have found this place when I first got hurt and I would have went there first great place raise a great doctor thinks outside the box builds some of the best legs that I've ever found around wouldn't hesitate to tell another amputee effect every time I seen amputee I tell them about fights lemon brace just a great place you can't go wrong here

We had the best experience at Fikes. My toddler needed a new pair of braces (he had outgrown an old pair of afos and needed smos this time around). The orthotist we liked at hanger moved so I was looking for a different place to go. I was so happy to find Fikes and thrilled that they were willing to see my son. Jaisen did a great job really customizing his braces and was very detailed, making sure they fit perfectly and would do exactly what we needed them to do. All of the staff was welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend it here.

Christian Sidebottom met us for my husband’s appointment at the Prescott office, on February 22,2021. The atmosphere there was very calming. Outstanding service from management & staff. Ray listens to our concerns and takes time with every visit.I'm a bi-lateral amputee (below the knees) and Ray and all his staff have always made the transition to new legs easy and taken all the time I needed to move forward with explaining what to expect and always showing me the importance of keeping my socks changed, avoiding blisters and showing me the best way to heal wounds in a safe manner.

If you're looking for an orthotics place that truly cares for its customers than you'll want to go with Fikes. We've been on a journey with my daughter and were feeling a little helpless. Our insurance has been fighting us because of my daughter's age even though she was born with this physical impairment. Every single person we've talked to and have worked with has been absolutely amazing and extremely supportive. I highly recommend them!

From the moment I rolled into the Fikes office I felt welcomed.I met the owners,Kathy and Ray Fikes as well as Christian. All were genuinely friendly and gave me their full attention.After a bit on conversation Ray fitted me with a Shrinker. Considering this was all new to me I felt at ease with Ray.I asked some questions which led to Ray giving me a tour of their facilities and educating me on how prosthetics are crafted. YES, crafted. Based on what I saw and learned the folks at Fikes are ARTISTS working to give amputees a leg up. ?I firmly recommend that if you need this type of provider visit Fikes!

Christian, the owner, was very kind as well as quite informative; I asked a LOT of questions. Everything was explained in detail to include that everything is done ON SITE. I know my custom orthotics will be expertly made. I highly recommend Fikes to anyone looking for a high-quality product and professional care. They are so nice and polite, the doctor that is fitting me for ankle brace made sure to make me feel relaxed and well taken care of. His hands weren’t cold like most doctors and it wasn’t a rush you in and out like most doctors. If you are in need of any type brace or limb to be replaced with fake ones they are the one to go to !

My 1st visit I felt right at home. Brandon and Christian welcomed me and enjoyed meeting them. Went early and got seen before my appointment. Had molds of feet taken and am really excited about getting my inserts. Surprised to know they are made there. Wow! Great business!

Fantastic office! I was promptly greeted. Staff was exceptional. I was so impressed with Rays knowledge! I was in and taken care of in exceptional time. Being a Viet Nam Veteran, going to a Veteran practice was Awesome! The young gentleman who worked on my feet was extraordinary. I would highly recommend this medical specialist!

I have Fikes 5 stars because its special. The employees and techs are caring and respectful. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. Jaesan is excellent in explaining how everything works and he takes all the time people need.
