My initial in-store experience with Aliy Gregory was very pleasant. She was easy to talk to and helped with quotes on two different appliance packages. She also assisted in selecting sinks, faucets, an instant hot water heater, and cabinet, drawer, and appliance pulls. I received the quotes promptly.
Unfortunately, everything after that experience has left me questioning my decision to purchase nearly $40,000 worth of appliances from Fergusons.
First, my plans called for a 33” sink, but a 32” sink was added to my cart. When I inquired about finding a 33” sink, Aliy mentioned that they’re the same size inside. This response didn’t align with the specifications and left me feeling uncertain.
Next, I had a couple of follow-up questions about the appliances, but I was unable to get answers over the phone. I was required to schedule an appointment for the following day. While I understand that they are busy, this process was unique compared to other companies I’ve worked with, none of which required appointments just to answer questions. If this is their standard procedure, it would have been helpful if that expectation had been set from the start. I felt dismissed and unimportant, as if I needed to wait my turn if I wanted to do business with them.
In our initial conversation, Aliy mentioned that the fridge and freezer had a six-week lead time. I finalized the appliance package on July 18th, and Aliy confirmed via email that the appliances were ordered. However, on August 15th, I received an email from procurement stating that the fridge and freezer wouldn’t be available until mid and late September, which was disappointing since we planned to have them ready as soon as the cabinets were installed. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the order wasn’t placed until August 5th, over two weeks after I was told it had been. When I asked for clarification, the procurement representative said Aliy would contact me, but I didn’t hear from her until I followed up via email.
I also visited the showroom and spoke with the manager, Scott Charbonneau, expressing my concerns about the communication issues and delays. He attributed the situation to GE/Monogram changing dates and said that both he and Aliy would look into it. However, neither of them followed up. Again, I had to reach out, and only then did I receive a response from Aliy.
At this point, I’m simply seeking consistent, clear communication. Unfortunately, it seems that’s asking too much. The overall experience leaves me feeling stuck and regretting my decision to order from Fergusons.

Beautiful showroom. We worked with Nilda and she is incredible. We are building a custom home and she listened to what we wanted and kept us within budget. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and gave us many options to choose from. We would definitely recommend Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting and would advise anyone to work with Nilda for her expertise.

Everything we wanted was either discontinued or special order. Why would you have a showroom fill of discontinued items?

I am beyond frustrated with this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought a hood for above my cooktop and spent over 12k with this store and they charged me $1057.00 to install, which is an insane amount, but paid it. They came to do a walk-through (That I also paid for) and the guys didn't know what they were doing or what they were looking at, they left and said everything would be good for the install. A week passed and they came to install and couldn't do it because they also didn't know what they were doing (They told me they NEVER have installed this hood). The store refuses to give me my money back for this horrible non-install and I had to pay my contractor to do the job. I cant stress enough how terribly they handled this. Save your money and go somewhere else. I do wish I read these reviews before buying anything from them.

Shop elsewhere. Zero customer service. We have always used Ferguson for our kitchen and bath shopping but not anymore. Their customer service has continued on this downward spiral and has finally hit rock bottom. We were in the store for 20 minutes and not one employee greeted us or asked what we were shopping for. They were all huddled together exchanging stories. This is yet another store that will be out of business soon. Time to wake up, pull your snooty noses from the ceiling and actually do your job.

Remodeling kitchen. My wife and I just went to store, man sitting at front desk - zero acknowledgement. Walked around store, employees sitting there and did not greet us or offer any assistance. Taking our business elsewhere due to zero customer friendliness.

Had a good experience getting help with some sconces and a new chandelier for our dining room. Prices range drastically for certain brands.

I had an appointment with Nilda Maldonado "showroom consultant". She is snarky and very passive aggressive and imho, a lazy worker. She doesn't know square from rectangle. Told me the two shapes are the same and made no difference when I said I didn't want a rectangle prep sink when I already have a rectangular kitchen sink. When I asked to confirm sizes for 3 different sinks, she condensendingly replied she already told me multiple times. When I stopped to look at hardwares, she rolled her eyes. Finally, when I asked about free standing tub, she flipped through online pages very quickly without giving customer time to digest information. Nilda is a poor sales consultant or maybe she was hangry as my appointment was close to noon.Update: Scott called me. He sounded apathetic (his response sounded like it was a required corporate action item), so I did not want to invest more time into his disinterest. Unengaged management breeds workplace apathy and is clearly reflected in Nilda's bold and poor customer service. No wonder this place only has a 2.8 rating. Read others poor experience. It shows a clear pattern to an apathetic store culture.
