I’ve been using fedex for 2 years for print jobs and have sent several of my business associates there but today was pretty disappointing.
I sent a print job to the power rd location to pick up on Saturday. When I went to call on Saturday, Google said they were closed until Monday so I scrambled to place my order at the Val vista location and picked it up an hour before my event on Saturday. Phew!
The power rd location called me today to tell me my order was ready for pick up. I asked if I could have a refund for my order since I had to print it at the Val vista location.
The manager said no and was pretty rude about it.
His words “Google said we were closed so you didn’t bother to call or come by?”
I am not a fan of giving these types of reviews but being in the service industry myself and knowing how valuable loyal customers are, I’m hoping someone above said manager sees this.

Here's another complaint about rude staff. The two times I've been here and was "assisted" by the elderly gentleman he was rather grumpy and rude. There won't be a third.
Perhaps, he should consider retiring if he hates interacting with customers that much.

Don't just walk, run away from this place! It's a nightmare. They'll do everything in their power to rip you off. We had a huge print job, and they slapped me with a $186 bill without honoring the ongoing 30% promotion that was clearly advertised. I didn't notice it at the counter when I paid. When I called about it, Ashley, the assistant manager, had the audacity to claim ignorance about the promotion. So I stormed back to the store, pointed out the promotion sign, and only then did another employee (looking down) reluctantly admit, 'You have to point it out to get the promotion.' This is a corporate store, mind you! No wonder FDX stock is tanking with these shady practices. It's absolutely infuriating!"

Outstanding customer service right here! I was using the self-print service and some things printed on my label paper that weren't my fault. They made it right, I just had to ask. Very helpful folks here and that wasn't my experience another location.

This is the best FedEx! I do a lot of printing for work and by far I’ve had the best experience here! The staff are always so friendly! I recently printed a large poster that had trim marks and they trimmed it for me! I was very shocked that they did that for me which prompted me to write this review. Go to this FedEx for all your printing needs!
