I had to fax important documents. I went into the store and spoke with Dillion. I wasn't too savvy on how to fax 2 sided documents. He asked for my documents and made individual copies to help me out. I thanked Dillion many times.
Customer service is still alive here at the FedEx store! Thanks again Dillion!!!

I use their online printing service and come in and pick it up. Service is always friendly, helpful, and fast! Grateful for this business!

The lady that works there with the glasses is very rude. Many other Fed Ex + UPS stores around - I would recommend visiting there.

Good spot for shipping as well as print and other sundry services. You can bring in a USB drive or SD card to read print files from or you can e-mail files to a FedEX mail service, which will send you a code back to the same e-mail address you initiated contact with. Use that code at any FedEx location to download your previously attached documents for printing.

This so called guy did not want to help me use the fax machine because I only had cash and he said because it’s was closing still had ten minutes before seven and I had to send off my old cellular device and he said to come back another day such poor service he hates his job not my problem I am not the one who went to the interview I reported him to customer service sucks that he didn’t help me with paying cash I hate lazy people specially, at work.

I create a unique picture book for my family every year for Christmas. I started this 21 years ago. Each book now is about 100 pages. I started out using Kinko's but switched to FedEx Office when they bought out Kinko's. For many years I went to the office at Stapley & Main St in Mesa. I worked with a great team there headed by J. He was so familiar with my project that when he moved to the location at Val Vista and Baseline I followed him there. He and Corrianne and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I love working with them and they always turn out a great product. Thank you. Barb P

Nice staff. Expensive prices. Americopy is .05 per black and white copy. FedEx is .19. That’s a big discrepancy

I went to Fedex to make 2 black and white prints and next day I noticed my card was charged $10 for the 2 black and white prints. I called Fedex and complained and the person told me they do that so I have credit for future services with them. However, I wasn't told that and no-one gave me a card for the remaining credit. So now they are stealing money from customers' accounts. What do you call that?

The FedEx Shipping Center in Mesa on Val Vista and Baseline is the worst. There were 3 men behind the counter and I was struggling to bring in 10 large boxes weighing from 11-93 pounds. The doors open out so I was trying to pull them both open to get in the store while trying to pull a heavy cart. 2 of the men were just standing behind the counter- no one even came over to hold or prop the door open. Finally, one mentioned that the doors have a kick-stand to prop open but would have been nice if someone helped me with the door- even if they couldn't lift the boxes. While I was there an older woman picked up a package- they put it on the counter and told her it was heavy. She was worried she wasn't going to be able to lift it. None of the 3 offered help carry, offer the cart or any other suggestion. I finally offered that I can help her. She said she would try it herself first and was able to carry it out. Lazy and rude staff.
