I called FedEx prior to coming here to ensure I can drop off a USPS package that's labeled and ready I was assured I can, online it says you can from other customers, yet I was turned away. I could have made it to the phx post office that's open late if I was not misinformed & cans here first I asked the mgr for FedEx corporate phone number to file a complaint & was informed she didn't have it. So the FedEx location could not provide me with FedEx phone number. She didn't seem concerned with my situation.... aren't mgrs supposed to at least pretend to care?
