Every employee I have encountered there is rude and unprofessional. If your so unhappy with your job, QUIT! We are paying customers you offer a service we have to pay for ! What is the problem with helping print a label or taping a box!!!!

Very rude and snarky. Quoted me $138 to overnight one piece of paper and could not have been more rude and sarcastic. Very unpleasant experience.

No one from normal staff was here. Team member Cas was the rudest person ever. I know Fed ex has it tough, but there is never the need to be so rudeness
