Simply incredibly poor customer service. I recently moved and do not have bills in my name. I had a package redirected and held at this location since I work nights and didn't want the package sitting on the porch. Shawn apparently is the fedex owner and customer service overlord with very poor personal skills and professional attitude. Me being tired from work apparently did not please Shawn and I was asked to fix my attitude and leave. I had every single bit of information you could need to identify the package. I showed the email and even a government drivers license. Apparently I can go through airport security with this ID but not Shawn. FedEx, feel free to promote this character since he lost you a customer for life. Actually double promotion since my family and our business used to use fedex as our main shipper. Hopefully I can make it to a utility company in time to release my package from fedegstappo jail. The worst.

The customer service is horrible here, they don't know what they're doing and completely unhelpful. If I could give zero stars I would, Jerry was particularly rude and confused about the difference between a 5 and 30 minute wait time. Don't waste your time, just go to another location.

Rude customer service unable to provide service refused to read email that provided information as to what needed to be done both individuals Michelle and her want to manager need to be fired. They don't know customer service at all. will not recommend this store nor Fed Ex for shipping.

This place is terrible, the ask you what you need directly when you walk in and walk away. We were welcomed but then after needing assistance were ignored. We got someone else to assist us and detour us twice before sending us back to the line that I was originally in when called. They charged are card within the first 5 min of arriving and state it wouldn't charge if there was no print out, wrong my card was charged over $20 after waiting in a long line the attendant told us we can not print anything from what we sent. Why did the two other fed ex people who helped us send us to him. He couldn't help us at all. If you know how to get your card charged and no service definitely come to this spot. Lastly when finally sending a photo because they do not support files, my card was charged AGAIN. I got one black and white paper and spent over 50 minutes in here. Do not waste your time buy a printer from Walmart, target,ect!

Zero stars. Rude and incompetent staff. The agent stereotyped my husband and was ridiculous. Would drive 20 miles extra to avoid this location. Very bad look FedEx

I went to FedEx Office to drop off a couple of DirecTV boxes and get some very nice colored pages that my daughter made laminated.The young man that helped me, Michael S., was very competent, patient and had all around great customer skills. It was very busy when I walked in and yet he made eye contact almost immediately and summoned me over to the front counter where he was working.

Love that this place is still requiring masks to protect everyone. Was at Walmart yesterday and several employees talking about how they did not get vaccinated and what would be the point of that. This FedEx office is protecting everyone and I appreciate it and they're also consistently amazing at their jobs and what the offer.
