What a friendly office! Kim and April made me feel welcome from the minute I walked in. Casey sat me down in his office and went over details which was very helpful. They know their stuff! I would recommend anyone who is considering working with this office.

Poor customer service and poor communication with the agents here at Casey Miller Farmers Insurance. They do give good rates, however, when it's time to switch policies, cancel policies, get new coverage they drop the ball too many times. It's more frustrating to work with them. I would suggest going to a different insurance agent to get better service if that is what you're looking for in an agency.

Some of the nicest, Best People in the business! I highly recommend getting a quote from them even if they are not the cheapest they are worth it! All of the staff is great!!!!
