“I have been seeing Dr. Randall since he opened this practice. From the minute I walked in the building I was welcomed with open arms, I was "home". When I started seeing Dr. Randall I was not able to move my neck and my back was so sore and stiff. I am now able to move my neck and my back is much better. He is now my go to for every medical issue that I have. He is the only Dr. I have ever been to that wanted to help get to the problem and not just fill me full of medication. I see him every month and he and his staff has definitely become family. I call Dr. Randall my miracle worker, I truly believe that if I didn't find him I would still not be able to move and function today, and just be popping pills to just get by. From the front desk staff who saw me struggling at the door (their front door is really heavy) and opened it for me, to the check in, clean waiting area, as well as a pleasant MA interaction while my vitals were taken. 5 star service for sure.”

“Today I'm leaving a review after having a very nice phone conversation with Lauren who dsnt usually answer calls or do scheduling because she is normally up front with the customers helping the ones as they come for their appointments.....or something like that. I was just happy to have my call answered by her today and it was a plesent surprise to hear someone new instead of the usual 3 schedulers Barbera, Logan(that name comes to mind but I am almost 100% sure it is not the correct name but anyone who calls here knows its the only male voice you'll hear on the other end of the line and the 3rd one I am forgetting ..... )Victoria I think that's it let's pretend it is ...no it's Victoria those are usual schedulers. All jokes aside I see PA Whiting and have been for 5 years now and honestly wander if he is older or younger then I am until I realize that if I had to ask it's the ladder but that dsnt stop him from being a great Dr and spending as much or as little time with myself and my son and daughter who come here to see him as well because I love him so much . So if your in need of a caring individual who happens to also be a PA look no further Central Arizona Medical Associates is not to big, not to small and still usually able to get you in for appts either same day or next day care depending on details and new patients are usually able to get in within a week or so but actually it's more like 3 or 4 days but I have to say week or so because there was one time 4 years ago when they were scheduling that far out so now you know.”
