It "can" be a nice, chill, laid back Park IF you happen to show up at the right time (when the riff-raff at the picnic tables isn't going on)!! Police ? hella ride around also to try and limit the "riff-raff"..

Small park with a big feel. Fully fenced in with all the amenities the larger parks have. Easy to find, clean looking. Well maintained park ran by the city.Mostly the local daily clientele was hanging around. Stores all around the park that offer food.

This is a small to medium sized park with very few family visitors. A lot to do at the park but no one doing any activities. If you walk on the land, be careful. The west side is a swamp. It has a lot of nice trees. The playground is beautiful, very large and empty. Volley ball is sensibly on cement and no one even near. Entire park is clean. Entrances are on the north and south side. Parking in the street on north and south side. Decent basketball court and gets limited use. Good baseball field but have not seen anyone on it. No restrooms. Have not seen anyone walking around park possibly due to limited sidewalks and no path. Could be a decent jog if there was a cinder path on the perimeter.

Not a lot for the kids and there was a lot of homeless people around. Which generally I don't care... I just don't think it's comfortable having a bunch of people hanging around a children's park when they don't have children.

This park is encircled with a fence all around it. It's basically just a compact park that fits in a softball field, basketball court, volleyball court, and a playground. There is not really any walking paths- basically once you park, you can either walk through the baseball field to the playground area...or you can walk from the main sidewalk to the play areas. There are no restrooms and one singular water fountain by the baseball court. There are some open air picnic tables and benches, as well as a ramada. The ramada was occupied by a group of homeless people. Also saw some other shady folks hanging around too.

Park is very well kept up, has baseball diamond (use by permit only) playground, volleyball, basketball, sand area and fenced off well. At night it isn't locked and surprisingly isn't filled with homeless.Update.... seems lately during the day much more homeless activity and they aren't even putting forth much of an effort to hide smoking drugs.

It's an okay park. The homeless citezens were minimal today & not causing any problems. Some of the park is muddy which I gound out the hard way. The trees shade the basketball court in the afternoon which is awesome but the court was dirty so we blew it off with an electric blower. No bathrooms here but they do have a playground, vollyball court, and a softball field.
