Tom is the best. He reserected a 96 year old pocket watch that belonged to my father. I thought I would be passing on a broken watch with a good story to my son. But now he'll be able to pass it on to his son.Thanks again.

He was very nice. Helped me with a small clock problem. I bought this clock, and then it fell before I left the store. Older clock couldn't find the right battery compartment, but he had what I needed. Thanks again.

Tom was a true craftsman in addition to fast with reasonable prices. He took care of two watches for me. This was my first visit here. I will return again and certainly recommend this place to others.

I have had service work completed as well as the purchase of vintage time pieces. Always 100% satisfied. Tom is knowledgeable and great to work with, especially with the very hard to find items. His experience and knowledge is second to none!!! Highly recommend him and this shop!!!

Tom was fantastic! I had stupidly attempted to replace a battery on a Bulova watch, and ended up breaking the crystal and coil. He was able to quickly fix it and get it working like new again. THANK YOU!

I brought in a clock that is about 100 years old. One of the springs broke so, having previous good experiences with Eternal Timepieces, I brought it there for repair. Well, the clock works better than it ever has in the past 30 or so years that I've owned it. Reasonably priced. Great work. Highly recommended.

Brought two automatic watches in and was able to get them regulated with in a few minutes. Called ahead to confirm price and new right way the watch maker was experienced. Any other shop in the area would have charged triple rates just to open up the case back.

Very happy with the service I received. Tom came out and tuned up my Howard Miller grandfather clock. It had been not serviced in 10 years. Very professional and nice. The clock sounds really good. I am very happy and I recommend for anyone to use.

This is the only place in town I would trust with my antique watches. I only wear vintage Waltham watches, some of which are family heirlooms. Whenever they need a tune up or parts replaced, I always go to Eternal Timepieces. They do a great job and are affordable. Highly recommend.
