I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Greeted by everyone when I entered the store. Did a thorough inspection of the vehicle given the key and I was gone.

They adjusted my rental with no hassle. My agent, Serena, kindly accommodated me by letting me sit while filling out "paperwork" and had guy help moving my travel gear between cars (I use walker) She gave me her card in case I had any issues. Wish gas was full, below 3/4 and I crossed fingers to make Quartsite. Very satisfied.
