“My phone had mysteriously locked itself up which left me without a phone for 2 days. I came to the Metro PCS store in Mesa, Az to see if my phone issue could be fixed. The gentleman that helped me was very courteous and professional. His name is Spidey. He did everything he could to resolve my phone issue but it turned out that my phone wasn't salvageable. It wouldn't even shut off to do a factory reset. So he ever so kindly eased me through getting me set up with a new phone. ( I was so attached to my old phone) He is very knowledgeable at what he does and the customer service was beyond EXCELLENT. If ten stars were an option, he definitely deserves it. I'm happy with my new phone.”

“Can't say enough good things about this place. I thought I had completely screwed up my car by installing some audio equipment wrong and messing with the wiring, stereo city let me bring my car in to see what happened....got me in right away...and charged me a very fair price to completely redo everything. They were able to re wire and install all of the stuff I had in like an hour and a half. Super honest people (which is hard to find in any car related business). Will be coming back.”

I purchased T-Mobile WIFI while I was paying my bill, we also discussed a brand new phone for me. I Return on our later date and I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro with the help of Summer’s help.
Summer is a very up beat young lady she greets everyone that walks through the door, with a huge smile on her face. Every time that I went into T-Mobile she is energetic, smiling and willing to help, she also knows the answers to my questions.
Summer, is a big asset to T-Mobile company.
I would like her to get acknowledgment for doing an excellent job! I would give Summer a 10+

“A little before they announced the remaster of Demon's Souls they sold me a PS3 and a copy of Demon's Souls because I had beaten every other SoulsBorne game and wanted to experience the game that started it all (Besides King's Field) and I'm not even kidding.... a week later they announced the remaster for PS5. Well jokes on them, I'll never be able to afford a PS5 so I played the Original Game, on Original Hardware....and there's still online support for the game if you can believe that. Just look it up on Reddit. Me and my buddy were able to play a game from 2009 together across the country....and I got invaded.... It was AMAZING!!!! I used the lay down emote and hid from the invader and my friend kept taking whacks at him until he ran out of estus and we bum rushed him. I ran at him with my katana while my friend shot arrows threw me and they landed on the invader and we finally killed him! I'll always remember that moment.... Thanks GameStop!”
