Awesome company! Our installation request was initially turned down by another company due to the complexity of the job. Our next option was to spend hundreds to move our outdoor brick wall and get it approved through HOA. Kyle with Hale pet doors came and had the door install through stucco within 1 & 1/2 hours! Kyle was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about the whole process, he even gave some great pointers on how to train our dogs to use the door. Definitely 10/10 job, would use these guys again!

Fantastic service and an amazing product! We've used this company three times now, and with every home, we've been so impressed with the installation. They walk the house with you and make sure the door is placed in the ideal spot without compromising any electrical wires or causing structural damage. They're fantastic about answering any questions we have, and consulting about where exactly to place the door based on your pets and their needs. :)

They're fantastic about answering any questions we have, and consulting about where exactly to place the door based on your pets and their needs. :) The Hale doggy doors are amazing quality, incredibly durable, and don't let the Arizona heat in during the summer. The vinyl flaps need to be cleaned every once in a while. They even provided documentation on cleaning suggestions. Tip: don't use Windex! The ammonia will discolor the flaps. Overall, you can't go wrong with this company. THANK YOU, East Valley Pet Doors! We will absolutely be using you again!!

We hired East Valley Pet Doors after seeing their booth at a home show. We were impressed with the product so went ahead and arranged installation. They were very happy to help us pick the best door for our larger dog. She is so happy to have the freedom to go out whenever she pleases. The installation was great. They showed up at the time they were scheduled and cleaned up any mess. Highly recommend!

I recently had a Hale pet door installed in my home by this company. They were very professional and courteous. I was amazed with their great customer service. I was called promptly on pricing and scheduling. They called before arriving for the install as promised which makes it nice when you need to have your dogs secured before they arrive. They did a fantastic job and was very respectful of my home as far as protecting the carpet and surroundings. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting a pet door installed. They are the best.

After recommendations from a friend, we had Ken come to our house and help us decide which pet door was best for our dog and matched our house. He was very professional and we are very satisfied with the end result. We would use this company again!

David gave me a hassle when i asked him to install my doggy door for my house. He explained everything and showed me his products that sounded great. Then a week goes by and asked him when he can do it. Then said something about trying to find one similar online and he can install it and then never did. Talking about trying to save me money. Money is not an issue. Long story short i have an amazing doggy door installer if anyone ever needs. Not by david tho. Gives you the run around.

Ken at East Valley Doggie Door just put mine in this week and he was fantastic. I left him at the house by himself and he locked up and closed my garage for me. He was also $20 cheaper than affordable pet doors and $40 cheaper than Hale but he still uses their doors which are top quality.
