Incredible service, called and was seen same day for some ac repairs. Found and fixed leak and had the ac properly discharged and recharged. Its never worked better! Genuine and honest and will 100% have my business from now on!!

Dean is a great guy! Honest. Reliably priced. He fixed my AC about 4 months ago. The part he replaced was bad (not his fault) and he fixed the issue and didn't charge me the 2nd time. Highly recommend this place for any automotive problem.

We took our truck in to be repaired. Being tight on money at the time, we needed to know exactly what it was going to cost for the repair. We were given a quote, and decided to try Dean's Custom Auto Repair out. Dean himself helped us through each step of the way from the initial phone call, to the repair to letting us know the truck was complete. He actually charged us $40 less than he had quoted. We will be referring Dean's shop to our friends and family as we found them to be honest and very affordable. They are quick and provide awesome quality of work. This was a no hassle company to work with, that didn't try to tell us of a million things wrong with the truck, but repaired that which we came there to get fixed. We would recommend this shop and have recommended this shop to many friends, that speak highly of the work as well. Go to Deans Custom Auto repair, you won't be disappointed.

Great experience! After going to the "chain" places and feeling like I was always taken advantage of because I was a female, it was nice to be referred to East Valley Auto Air & Repair from a co-worker. I liked that Dean showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and not try to give me a laundry list of stuff that absolutely needed to be done. Very professional and happy to say I found my mechanic shop.

Poor service. They had the vehicle for several days and accomplished next to nothing. Was still charged for "labor". Will never be going back to them and would warn others not to as well. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Thanks again to East Valley Auto Air & Repair owners, Dean and Tamara, for such outstanding work. Tamara promptly replied to my repair question email and set up an appointment. The shop is well run, clean, nicely organized, clean. We were notified of the cost of parts before the repairs, too. We especially appreciate the quality of Dean's work. It is obvious that Dean and Tamara love what they do, and it is a bonus that they treat their customers so very well. Great job!

Basically walked in (called ahead but they said come on by same day) and they took me right in. Told me what he thought was going on and what course of action to take (all within a minute of looking at it which means he knows what he is looking at). He went with the easiest route first and it was fixed in 30 minutes. The A/C is still working just fine. Charges for the service are unheard of at the big stores. Please support this place. Very dying breed of store.

BEWARE! These people are scam artists. When I went in the mechanic I spoke with was very rude and short with me. I took my car in because the a/c was going in and out. The mechanic gave me a b/s misdiagnoses, charged me for an hour of labor and 2 lbs. of freon. The guy had evaced the a/c, BUT NEVER REFILLED IT! Then knowingly sent me out in 105+ temperatures. He wanted me to come back in for a replacement part and quoted me double the labor time then what the books say. Needless to say I did not and will not return to this place. I found an honest mechanic who fixed my a/c without trying to price gouge me. Its honest work that keeps customers returning.

Well, My mechanic was a nice guy and all, but when I came in for trouble with my AC I was told $260 out the door. Cool. I leave and a few minutes later I get a call saying that because the problem was worse that they though, they would need to charge me a little extra labor $44 bucks. Ok fine. Long story short I STILL HAVE NO AIR. $304, down the drain. Im a Minister, so I cant swear, but lets just say buyer beware.

Excellent Customer Service. Small family owned shop, but they know how to treat customers right. Prices were competitive for the compressor job on my Honda. They didn't push and try to sell me something I didn't need. They pointed out some repairs that were going to be needing attention but didn't tell me they needed to be done asap. Will be using them again for my needs. Like having one place I can take my car to for all my vehicles needs!

Found this place through helpful reviews so I wanted to leave one too. I'm from out of town and was working in Mesa, AZ this summer when my car started overheating and the AC broke. Being from out of town made an already stressful situation worse because I didn't know where to take my car to get it fixed. I am not a car person, and I was scared about paying a lot of $$ and being ripped off because I'm a girl. I googled "AC repair" and was so very fortunate to find this place. The staff at East Valley were amazing. They explained to me in plain language what was wrong with my car, and were more than willing to honor my request to "just fix it so it runs" in order to save some money until I got back home. I'm happy to say that my car ran great the rest of the time I was in Arizona, and made the 15 hour trip back to my home state just fine. Thank you East Valley Auto! You guys have amazing service and I am forever grateful to you for fixing my car so I could get home safely. :)
