When I lived nearby this was my gym and for the most part no complaints. Everyone that worked there were nice, lots of equipment to choose from. At the end of my time there my ac went out at home and being able to shower at the gym was nice, felt clean as well. I would definitely come back to workout here.

I'm extremely frustrated with management! I canceled my membership in July of this year and have still not received my refund and it is almost the end of October. I have called every week or every other week for the past four months for me to be told that I need to wait two weeks to see my refund in my bank account. Every time I call back the answer that they give me is "I don't know why it isn't going through..." To also mention, every time I call I ask for them to give me a call back when someone that can help is available to call me, but I never receive a call! Management also says that I'm the one that needs to call to see if I got the refund as they themselves will not tell me if it went through. It's been four months and I still do not have a refund for my annual membership and three months worth of monthly fees. I have canceled my membership in the app multiple times and on the website as well as in person.

Facility from 4 PM to 11 PM. You are unable to find a parking spot is more like a meat market overcrowding to make matters worse when he came to my annual renewal they charged me my monthly the annual renewal and and had the nerve to lie to me and told me that my card was declined and charge me an additional $25. It's going on two weeks and I have yet to receive the $25 that they stole from me so everyone becomes to renew time watch these clowns.

Terrible customer service experience with the personal trainer program. Going to copy paste the customer feedback form I sent in that they never replied to. I was told I’d get a reply within 24-48 hours on Sunday and I waited for that before I posted this here.
This gyms personal trainer classes are a complete joke. I signed up in April with Eric who I guess is the manager over the personal trainers at this gym. I had 1 personal trainer session and then my personal trainer was fired and I didn’t get assigned a new one for a month. Then after 2 sessions he quit this job. I found out when I went in for a session and nobody was there to train me. And then I called in to ask about getting a personal trainer again and nobody got back to me. I got a notification a few weeks later that I had used a session at a time that I normally am working with a personal trainer I’ve never met. So I called and asked to talk to a supervisor for personal trainers. I got told to call back during 8-5. So I did and talked with a woman who was supposed to refund my “used credits” and get me assigned to a personal trainer. She was also supposed to email me after fixing the credits and cancel my membership for personal trainer sessions until I got caught up on credits. She did not in fact do any of these things. I called back after a few weeks and was told I needed to talk to Eric. I left a note at the gym 7 times to have him call me as I workout normally outside his work shifts. So I finally had time that I took outside of work to make this happen. I called in and he said he was going to refund me credits. Which I still don’t think he’s done. He assigned me a personal trainer and he told me he’d cancelled it so I wouldn’t get billed again until I decided to resume the service after I worked through my sessions. Then I got another charge on it and I chalked it up to maybe it was too close to the billing cycle. I obviously wanted this to work. I show up tonight. I tell Eric I’m there for the personal training session he scheduled me with someone named Anthony. I have the email notification and everything. Anthony isn’t here tonight. I just wanted to get in better shape and have some help and after standing around for 10 minutes with nobody helping me Eric gets called back over to me after he was the first one I spoke to tonight and he didn’t let me know Anthony wasn’t there. I told him I want out. I want a refund. I am so over trying at this dumb gym where customer service is poor. Communication is worse and I spent over $300 for no personal training. This is ridiculous and I want someone to call me and solve this for me or cancel everything and refund it all to me. The fact that after all this time and lack of help I can’t just have them refund me in store is a joke. Can someone competent and with some authority to solve this call me please?

Edit : Changing this to a four star because a District manager was nice to me and got this changed when I came in. But the behavior of the sketchy rep still stands.
Beware : if you sign up here on a card and change the account you use they will continue to bill you until you remember to call in and cancel and will try to send you to collections.
Forgetting to cancel was my mistake, however, I was told they would cancel out my whole account for $50, but then the didn’t tell me they were going to need me to pay another $50 through an online portal.
I also had two reps tell me everything would be taken care of before getting on a call with a manager who said everything wasn’t taken care of and I still had to pay through the online portal.

WORST PERSONAL TRAINING CONTRACTS PERIOD. BUYER BEWARE. If you get a membership they will do their best to include you in a personal training contract that is EXTREMELY PREDATORY. Avoid it like the plague! Contacted them last year about a contract I wanted canceles. Whoever ezgarcia is, they never contacted me back leaving me collecting fees for over a year when I wanted to cancel my contract. Now I have over 700$ in fees when it wasnt this much. I went to the gym daily and NOT A SINGLE associate said anything until i was 700 past due????
WORST customer service, just come here to work out and leave. You can train yourself as good as the trainers here. Dont trust management, they will do nothing to fix an issue, while never answering you back leaving your issue to only get worse, HORRIBLE Customer service, honestly the worst I've had my entire life. I'll never recommend this gym again, ever. Horrible horrible customer service.

I have only had to wait for a few machines, like the lower back machine or one of the rows. Otherwise, even at 5pm or 9am you can workout without issues. Some of the personal lockers (the ones already with the combo locks) are broken. I suggest always having a small lock in your car.
The machines are clean. They restock the spray and paper towels to clean the machines regularly. They even have hand sanitizer. I like the movie theater cardio room. I haven't tried the showers, pool, or basketball

I like being back into the free weight realm with weight lifting. I do notice it is warmer in the facility itself, there are a lot of people throughout the day and night. Generally by about 1015pm it starts to lighten up.
Overall happy where I am, good to be back and away from the alternative gym I was at.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER FROM THE MANAGERS.
It was time to cancel my PT sessions and I had been calling for weeks. I even went into the gym to cancel in person and no one was available to help. Trash customer service.

If it wasn’t for other locations of this gym I would have cancelled my membership right away. The professionalism is lacking here. I went to check the gym out first week of July . I forget the guys name who was basically the salesman of this gym. I told him I’ll come back end of July to sign up because that’s when I start my new job. And I said I’ll make sure I’ll come back to him specifically. He basically lied and said he will take care of July month for me. Well turns out he can’t even do that. So I went there twice to get the late fee reversed. The last person was Taylor. She acted she will take care of it. She will send me confirmation of the email. Never happen. Never received my refund. Very disappointed. I’m just g2 change my main gym. The staff is just bunch of young kids who can careless about customer service once you are signed up. Plus this gym is always overcrowded. Don’t sign up here. There’s other great locations
