My daughter decided to get a gym membership here and it has been a nightmare. They have been double charging her for 4 months now including a double charge for the annual fee. We go in to get it resolved and guess what..... no one will help. Each person at the front counter will tell you something different. Call this number or do this or that and still no resolution. Last month she decided to cancel her membership all together and today she got billed again. Of course we went in to ask for assistance and yet again got no help. After this frustrating mess one girl at the counter today had the nerve to say WOW when I left because I said my daughter would not return to an EOS ever again. WOW is a term I would use regarding the lack of assistance provided by the people at this place. WOW is a term I would use because they have taken extra money from my daughters account and no one can fix it.

I started out like this gym. After a year treadmills, exercise bikes not being maintained or repaired. Peak times are a joke, the gym is overrun with people due to poor layout and not enough space for amount of traffic.

DOES ANYONE EVER WORK HERE!!I've been going to this location for 2 years now and keep going because of the community of people who support my workout, In the mornings, not only does it help me start my day but I get more energy. I'm doing a challenge program that requires check-ins to confirm your workout activity. For the last month it's only checked me in 4 TIMES!!!!!!I failed my program because of their lack of staff. I could easily take anything from the front desk. Even their own merchandise because NO ONE IS EVER THERE to make sure they great you or help you with anything.If you want FREE EOS MERCHANDISE go to this location. You'll be able to get what you want!

BE WARNED AND STAY CLEAR. I have been now fighting with them for 5 months to cancel my training and membership. I was told 4 months ago that it had been. Only to be charged month after month. The management is always busy and I am kept being told I will be contacted later. They are now turning me over to a debt collection agency for stopping the payment on the training. RUN FOR YOUR LIFES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Screwed up where my home club was and set some stupid location ive never been too. Canceled and yet was charged for 4 additional months until i was threatened legal action by not paying.

I came out from Denver Colorado to visit friends and family but I stay on a pretty strict workout routine. Not only did this gym provide all of the equipment and more that I needed. Customer service was an all time high. Dj was extremely helpful and provided a tour of the gym and had an infectious positive attitude. Which most places are stressed on Christmas Eve. Then, the manager Taylor (beautiful) was able to hook my wife and I up with a great deal on a gym membership for the two of us in a timely matter!!! I’m a lifer! God bless you Taylor and Dj. Give them a raise for sure!!Brandon from Denver

Do not join this gym if you one day plan to cancel I was lied to multiple times about the cancelation process. I was told I'd have to pay for another month at the gym pluss what I owed in order to cancel. I was also told I had to come in person and could not cancel over the phone that was a lie. I had to speak to a manager just to get my membership canceled. Also the gym is like 100 degrees in there so not really comfortable to work out in. They told me they were trying to get their reviews up and they best way to do that is to not lie to your patrons. Please don't join this gym if you want to have a good gym experience. Sorry guys you really just suck..

I haven’t been to this gym since I first got my membership.. it sucks! The dumbbells are all falling apart the leg press machine I liked is all wobbly..There was a lot of machines open though before it got packed. Man I was missing my main gym! Having to go here due to car problems so I’ve just been walking here. The cardio is a plus walking there though.

My best friend and I just got our memberships and went to our first workout today. I selected EOS for us after looking at the amount of equipment that was available and how nice it was laid out. We are primarily there for the weights/equipment as we love to super set all of our workouts and they have plenty of room and weights to go around. They also have sauna and hydrotherapy? So far we are pleased as all we really want is fast and hard lifting and this is a very nice gym to do it in.

Wish it had more showers! And I didn't see a movie room like the others?? Looks new and was very clean and staff very nice! Would recommend for sure.

clean facility and busy! I appreciate the women's only area especially during the early morning time. Afternoon is busy with the younger crowd (lol, I'm just a little over that age) Glad to see some of the machines getting upgraded or fixed too. The location is in a pretty busy area so just be prepared to wait for some weights and machines but not too bad

Called to cancel my membership a week after I started since I was in a car accident they told me my membership would be canceled. The next month I was charged $102 and I never went to the gym, manager tells me no refund can be issued. Never signing up for EoS again they will just take your money.

I have been trying to contact via email for about 8 months now and I still haven't had ANY help. finally spoke in person with somebody about cancelling my PT membership, which I never used to begin with. I have paid $6,000 in a year for a simple gym membership, this is completely unacceptable. I have proof of emails, in the contract agreement, it says that "verbal notification is not accepted", so I never bothered to go in person until it became too much. It is finally now cancelled, $6,000 later, and I am incredibly frustrated with how this was handled. I will never recommend anyone to this gym as the customer service is completely awful.

The gym is crowded no matter the time you go but the issue here is billing.I just noticed a charge for 6x what my monthly rate is and I canceled my membership 6 months ago, but continue to be charged.I was assured that cancelation would be super easy and followed the process only to notice I have still continued to be charged months later and now at a much higher rate and funny enough, for a different EOS now too (Gilbert). This makes me doubt they are secure with your card information.Check my reviews, I have never left a bad one in 13 years of using this. I feel now my only recourse is to challenge the chargers and cancel my credit card.Avoid this place unless you want major problems.
