The service is very bad, I asked the girl who was serving me about a charge she made and she simply ignored me,Then they couldn't put in the code of a product and they made up a price, they wanted to charge me more than what it was, then they went to check and with a marker they changed the price at that moment, WHAT THEY DID IS THEFT, when they had already charged me I went to check because I was sure it was a different price, and when I told him how much he just answered, it's only 2 dollars.

Terrible service from the person who was serving today, he was a big (fat) rude guy and he looked annoyed with the customers because he didn't like where we were standing in line to pay, he made us move places to re-form the line. queue, I simply left my things and left, I didn't want to continue putting up with their terrible and rude attitude.

I went yesterday, I went to go check out but the line was long and waited when I got to the front one of the employees that was checking out told me and my bf in a very rude attitude “were you in line” but he was being rude and had a really rude attitude like if he was going to kick us to the back of the line I was really upset and when we finished paying he had said “thank you” but rude and very sarcastic very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place they really don’t treat you good and this is the worst experience I’ve ever gotten from this place, the last time I came the employees were just talking and don’t pay attention to customers!

The Store is Awesome. Hidden Gem for Party Supplies, Candles and Snacks. Very Reasonable Prices and Unique Selections of Various Products. I Was Disappointed with Customer Service. No Greetings or Smiles Here. Establishment was Clean. Accessible Parking Available.

Terrible experience ☹️. I’ve been coming here for years. Today I got a balloon and as soon as I walked out of the store it exploded. I came back inside and the girl asked “did you guys hit anything with it”? I said no. She goes to inflate another balloon to replace it and guess what? That one explodes too. She tried to get my to just take a third replacement balloon but I requested a refund. I got a refund but the whole time she didn’t look at me, didn’t apologize once, and kept looking around aimlessly. The balloon was $11.90 and she also gave me the wrong change back which was so odd?? It was more than I paid and I told her but she seemed upset when I returned the extra money and didn’t even say goodbye, just made an angry face and looked at the next customer.Then when I came back inside to get my receipt since it wasn’t returned, she said in Spanish that I probably lost it in front of me assuming that I didn’t understand and continued gossiping.

Love coming here but horrible customer service today I asked if her register was the one opened ignored me I got closer and re asked and just nodded her head I said are u ok and she said yes I just have my face like that umm no girl it’s the customer service not ur face I have a brf as well and wrk customer service so it’s a no for me enséñenles servicio al cliente alas travajadoras ?

If you have a food truck, this place is a must go! All the good Mexican chips, candies, ice creams and the employees don't make a gringo feel stupid for asking what something is.

This is the spot to buy all your party stuff! Candy, piñatas, balloons, decorations.... We went for candy for the piñata only but we had to get more than that! We bought a big bottle of Valentina, pickles, candy for the candy bags and some munchies for the way back home!!! Prices are good!!! They also have ice cream by the bulk. It's a legit candy warehouse and they don't ONLY have Mexican candy they have other candy like chocolate, fun dip, sour straw... definitely recommend
