Usually at this location there is only one cashier working with a long line of customers. The store is unorganized, messy and the floors are filthy. I've never had a cashier be rude to me. There are always children screaming (which is the fault of the parents) but it makes shopping there aggravating. The store needs to do better and the customers need to learn public etiquette.

We traveled to Dollar Tree on Pepperell Parkway in Opelika, AL yesterday to return two items: Easter grass which had a very bad odor and a glue which would not stick. The lady said since they were opened, even unused, they could not refund my money. I left and she kept the items. Stay away from Dollar Tree. You will lose your money and your purchases.
