I ran In for a couple items this morning and I was greatly poorly as if I was bugging I asked her a couple questions and her response was very poorly making me feel uneducated just the way she talked to her customers was not ok the young lady Amanda does need to go back to training for customer service skills I will never return to this location!

My rating is purely on the management and how he handled me as a customer. The guy that was managing the stores seem to want to make more of a case and the fact that he wanted an apology for thinking that I was mocking him (for being him or what he said or something). Granted I was not having a good day and out of PTSD meds but as much as I try to keep it on the downside, the manager/guy at cash register... wanted to make it all about him being gay (or something) (In my state of mind I couldn't figure out his reasoning.) As all of my merchandise was out on the counter ready to be purchased and he kept looking for some kind of an apology for repeating his comment that I had mumbled under my breath when I went out to get my wallet out of my truck, he kept on wanting to make it an issue for several minutes holding up the line.... I kept asking him if he wanted my business or wanted to keep making it a problem. I guess I just lost it with some foul language that I will forever be ashamed of. Even with PTSD and scenario hanging over me, I don't feel that Kind of action "in a public place" is OK and is mostly terrible for the Other customers in the store so after a brief cooling-offperiod in my truck, I tried to re-approach him in the store to apologize. That didn't go very well. I went home... With an even longer cooling-offperiod, I called him on the phone to apologize where he then hung up on me. Is a good business? Well I know enough about business (because I spent most of my life in business) to know ...that's not how you run a business if you want to do it well and for that reason alone I'm not gonna give "this store" many stars Regardless of how the merchandise may be or how any of the rest of the service or employees may be. I don't believe I will be a DG customer in the future... The way I feel at this point and most certainly will not be stepping foot in that store again.
