Stopped in to put a title in my name, I paid the convenience fee and was on my way, get a call later that day that the girl forgot to have me sign something and asked for me to come back (I haven’t been able to yet) she calls me this morning threatening to reverse the title because she forgot to have me sign something (she can’t do that) you guys can come to me and I will sign and I won’t charge you a convenience fee. Sorry you didn’t do your job right…. You should never threaten a customer, I won’t be going back to this location ever, and for the girl that didn’t do her job right, I loved that you tried to blame me.

Horrible service, I came in simply for a title and register a vehicle I had bought from my uncle older family member after his wife passed away. I went on a Sat morning, 04/13 it wasn't super busy I pressed the button for title/registration and within about 5-7 mins I was at window number 6... Younger looking female, I tell her what I need and she first asks where is my bill of sale, my uncle got the duplicate title and already plugged my info into the spaces on the title. I told her I didn't have one, She then proceeds to tell me, Let me see the title, looks it over for maybe 20 seconds, and she tells me "Nope we can't do it". One of the dates which all were the same date but just one spot looked like he originally wrote a 9 and then made it darker with an 8, (he's an older man so probably got days mixed up, and this was also a day or so after burying his wife, most def scatter brained) she proceeds to tell me "We send copies to MVD. And they will immediately cancel it and say that it looks "Altered"."Mind you she didn't ask for a supervisors approval or ask anyone else, simply dismissed me and told me "yeah nope we can't your going to have to go to MVD... I was livid. So you know what I did!! I took my not so happy self over to Desert Motor Vehicle Services on Guadalupe and guess what I came in 20 mins prior to closing and they HAPPILY did it for me, didn't ask for a bill or sale or even SAY ANYTHING about the title looking altered at all. So long story short DONT GO HERE! Save yourself the hassle and go a lil further down the road, where they are HAPPY to care of ALL your needs!!

So this place has redeemed itself. I have had a bad experience at the MVD directly across the street
VERY LONG LINES
AND it seems like they try not to help you
But over here at 3rd party
These guys helped me with a nice smile
It costs a little more
But the line moves faster and they are more helpful and friendly!
You'd think it would be the other way around. I like it here and will come here first from now on

Horrible service. The employees working there have no customer service skills. You’ll notice when you get called to a window that the person helping you is constantly having to go ask other workers questions about what they should already know before taking the job. As if they don’t know what they’re doing. Seems like they only hire friends and family members to work there who aren’t qualified. What I was told they couldn’t do I was able to get done at another third party a little further from my house right after leaving this place. Hire better staff. I’ll never go to this place again.

I have used third party MVS multiple times over these last few years. I have also had to go to the actual Motor Vehicle Department/DMV.
And I will always go to third party because the customer service and the speed is amazing. They're very professional and have a lot of knowledge. They're always willing to help and guide you in whatever the next step it is that you need to do.

I would like to thank Laura for being so patience, understanding, and explaining everything to two old gentlemen buying a motorhome from one to the other. Shes outstanding, something you dont see much off these days. all of our questions where answered politely and courteous. I will definitely return when i need to. Hopefully she will be there again, IT WAS A ABSOLUTE PLEASURE WORKING WITH HER.

These guys make the actual DMV look organized and helpful. I've tried 3 times this week to get a simple license. I've had 3 separate excuses as to why they can't help me after waiting 30 min. Nobody answers the phone to answer questions. Their hours for license services are different than listed on the door. They work hard to get out of work. I won't pay a premium for that level of incompetence & indifference. One of my pet peeves in life is people making easy things difficult. That's exactly what the employees here do. Do yourselves a favor and wait in line at DMV or pick any other 3rd party company besides this company.

Overpriced . Bs. Basic id is 30 dollars. Window number 8 is always the worst employee
