Power and Hampton location. Very very unhappy, got 4 new tires with an appointment and it took over 2 hrs when they said 1 hr. When I left and got on the freeway they had a very bad vibration at 55mph. I had to came back next day because they were closing when I left and now they want me to get in line for 90 min to re check it. I can’t believe the terrible customer service here. They guy was quite rude and I will not use this location anymore.

This discount tire is great! Marcos was able to help me replace my tire that was under warranty and worked really fast to get my tire fixed. Every employee here is great and I would recommend anyone coming here for tire needs. They also have a great warranty policy for tires and I do not plan on going anywhere else.

Just had my tire replaced. They lost one of my wheel lock lug and told me that it was missing and scratched my fender. Wow! I guess that's how they do business. Will not return.

Always had fast and friendly service at this discount tire location compared to others! Hit a piece of metal on the freeway and had to come in for a new tire. Alex was super friendly and helpful and made my frustrating situation a little less so!

I’ve been a customer of Discount for years. Stopped in at this location unexpectedly after a flat tire, and service was amazing! They were super busy but I was still in and out within about an hour - and no charge for anything! Everyone working was so friendly and helpful.

I recently visited Discount Tires on Power Blvd in Mesa, Arizona and I have to say, the entire crew deserves high praise. Despite being incredibly busy, the customer support was outstanding. The staff were not only professional and efficient, but they went above and beyond to show kindness to all customers. I witnessed one particular employee, Brooke, showing genuine care and consideration for an elderly man, which truly warmed my heart. This level of compassion and dedication to customer experience is rare to find. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of tire services. Totally recommend this place for tires! I wasn’t happy getting my first set of tires and they were on it the next day trying to fix my issue and make me happy! I was shocked I was able to switch my tires that easy I’m so happy I came here!! They were all so kind and helpful too!!

Chase helped me adjust my tire pressure and even gave me a tool to check the pressure myself. We are going to see if the adjustment works or if I need new tires but with his recommendations I feel Ill be safe on the road. I got help within 15 minutes with no appointment.
