went there to get 4 new tires they broke my stud for my tire and on my way to fix it the stud and lug nut fell off then i had to pay $150 for a new stud because they couldn’t fix it

Came in for front tires today at 815am and all finished with two brand new tires at 850am. Gotta say we have been going to Discount for well over 20 years and the commutation they bring is impressive. They told me when it was brought back to work on and an estimate time to be finished. It’s amazing not to just be sitting there wondering. The customer service here is fantastic. Shout out to Kyle and Matthew who were both extremely friendly and helpful.

Don't waste your time here if you're running, 12 or 14 wide rims. Not even a tire rotation will not be service here.

I love and appreciate Discount tire in general but especially appreciate this location.. today has not been my day I left the grocery store with 4 lbs in my tire from a puncher in my tire. I had cold and frozen food that they put in their freezer while I was waiting. Had a new tire installed and out of the door within 40 minutes! Thank you Jason and other members for your time and hard work! I really appreciate you!

Dropped of our vehicle due to a flat on the rear driver tire. Purchased two new tires and paid $50 extra to have the fronts moved back and the two new tires installed on the front. Days later I find out the old fronts were not moved back and the nail in the flat remained. Waited an hour after taking it back and was told they now refused to fix the rear flat due to it was past Discount Tires 1/32 tread wear/depth policy. Tech told me it was too unsafe to fix the tire and had to sell me another one. DT Promise Plan doesn't cover its uncompleted work. Left with a flat I had already paid to replace! Paid $700 for this bait and switch, and dishonesty. Worst business practice and Customer service I have experienced in years. Find another location.

I needed to get my tire replaced same day and they ordered my tire, however the vendor ran really late (not their fault) and I told them I needed to leave asap. when I got there they rushed and prioritized my car and had it done in 10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly.
