I will not come to this location ever again. How is it that you can have an appointment and service still takes over 2 hrs? Even if you are busy appointments should take precedence over those that don’t otherwise what’s the point. Not to mention there was no sense of urgency from the people working there. And the countless apologies I received are irrelevant if nothing was actually done.

Quick service. Rep was patient with me. He showed me the nail "remains" that was causing the tire to go flat. Needed a new tire and tires rotated, along with new wind shield wipers. Everyone was working diligently for their customer (humans and vehicles) to ensure their issues were taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks Discount Tire!!!

Absolutely amazing service!!! They really care about the people and not just the dollar! I can't say enough amazing things about Raphael he went above and beyond to make a stressful situation into a smile and i will recommend him and the store to everyone. Thank you all again!

I went there to check in my tire. It was leaking air. After waiting for 2 hours technician found nail in the middle of the tire, not on the side. As always discount tire people not interested in fixing tire. They always want to you buy new tire even tire was fixable. My car tire was in perfect condition and no need to buy new tire. Discount tire advertise that bring flat tire and we will fix it, reality they will take a look tire and instead of fixing they want you buy new every time. I never have good experience with discounts tire. So the technician put the tire back without fixing. After I got by car back, low pressure sign still was on the dashboard. I asked technician that did you put air in the tire. He lied and say I put the air in. Actually if he have put the air then low pressure sign should go away. What a liar. Another thing that tire air valve cap was missing when I got car back. This technician saying the air pressure sign will go off l 10 minutes because it take time. For me he is talking nonsense and trying to hide because he didn’t put air in the tire. If he have put air in the tire then pressure sign goes away right away. So I went to different tire shop and put air in the tire and air pressure sign went off right way.
Other thing is that tire was completely fixable but discount tire saying it is on the side and not fixable. Mail was not in the side and it was in the middle and perfectly fixable. I went to different place and got it fix without any problem.
Very bad people work at this location. I would never recommend to go to this discount tire location.

I've gone here numerous for flat repairs and air top offs. I've purchased sets of tires and always been satisfied. But I had a flat today, tires were near end of life. Ended up working with Brennan and left with 4 new tires, happier than I would have been with just the tire patch and on my way. He went above and beyond for my needs, while also being the seemingly go-to person at the store throughout my visit. He was multi tasking like a boss and I never felt that his attention to me or the detail ever faulteted. I can't thank him, and the store, enough!

Watched guys stand around for about an hour, this shop shows no hussle to get anything done, they drag their feet and flirt with the girl running tire pressure way too much. Red shirt managers constantly distracting employees.

This is a no brainer review, best service I have had in many years.
And it says a lot because I have been coming to this location for many years and always had excellent service.
But today's service with Brennan was more than excellent. He went above and beyond and made sure that I was set up within my limited budget.
I came to My appointment only planning on changing two of my tires, and he made all four happen with a little bit of extra digging.
I can't say enough about what a great job he did.

Great experience overall! Purchased the tyres online and scheduled installation for the next day. Super easy! Was able to see what they had in stock and plan accordingly. When I came in, I was warmly greeted, and they got my car back right away. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Definitely recommend this shop!

I already five star reviewed this place. It’s quite a bit different than the one on Ellsworth, which totally sucks. They have a one star rating based on three transactions with them… We swung in this one on the way out of town because we had a nail in our tire and they got us in and out with an hour even though we had two dogs in the car… Highly recommend we are very, very thankful and will always use Discount tire moving forward. Just not the one on Ellsworth in Queen Creek.

Couldn't pay me to go back here. Two of my hubcaps were broken during a tire change, one they owned up to, the other they would not but would split the cost. Took 4 months to get them replaced with me having to constantly follow-up and then for them to tell me they have it, I go in, and they never checked to make sure it was the correct one and of course it wasn't. The manager was nice but the main guy I kept getting stuck with was very much like well it's just cosmetic so I don't understand the problem. I only go to discount and service is always exceptional, except for this location. If you like your car don't go here.
