I hope I remember their names right but Brandon, Tyler, and Connor are literally the nicest guys. I’ve been going to Discount tire forever and out of all the locations I’ve gone to, even in Tempe I still prefer this location above the others. Everyone who comes and goes working here is seriously the coolest. Thanks for your awesome friendly service!

Too much upselling warranty pretty useless unless you pop the tires yourself. Won’t rotate tires due to wear but also won’t replace them cause not wore enough. Was my go to tire place. The place will say it’s a safety reason not to rotate tires but also doesn’t wants to replace tires with warranty. Sounds like they don’t wanna do anything unless you pay more for something that’s already covered. Warranty is a scam. And as a product offered by the company I can only imagine what other scummy services they offer while doing nothing.

Every tech i communicated with was very kind a attentive. The made sure my concerns were dealt with. Prices are very reasonable. I've been catering this store for at least 20 years.
I own 5 vehicles and this store has been the one for me.

I was told they cannot repair my tire so I fixed it myself. They didn't want to “risk” my safety since the nail was on the “shoulder” (sidewall.) I have been a mechanic for the last 6 years and I know the “rule of thumb” to have a tire repaired. It was NOT on the “shoulder” (sidewall) I pulled the nail myself and went to the nearest auto store to buy my own plug and patch kit to do it myself. The nail is in the photo as well as the patch I used. Right under my thumb is where the nail “was.” After being loyal customer to discount for many years, I will no longer be returning to this place. Thanks for your time, but no thanks for the help that wasn’t offered.

So Stephen at the front desk wouldn’t have my tires get mounted on my new wheels because I told him I’m gonna have to use 5mm spacers on the rears. He said “that’s a really big mod and we have to follow OSHA rules “ ???? I’m OSHA 30 trained and there’s now rules against wheel spacers. The best part is I wasn’t even having them install wheels onto my vehicle I just needed tires onto wheels. 100% just didn’t wanna do it , you know the typical Arizona laziness . So if you got an econo box car then yeah take it here but if you have any kinda of car with nice wheels then steer clear bc you might violate some OSHA rules ?? photo just for the people that need reassurance that there’s no rules stating that

I had a flat this morning. Went to Discount for a repair but found out my tire was beyond repair. I worked with Brandon Bremer or Brewer (at least I hope that was his name. It was on the card in front of the PC he was at). Anyway, I need to get to Scottsdale by 12:30 for a conference call. It was already close to 11:00, but Brandon and the crew got me taken care of and on my way. I made it to work with 10 min to spare before my call. I can't thank them enough!!
