Got a flat across the street drove here to have them put my spare on and they refused. Not due to the quality of the tire but due to the year the tire was made. So instead of just changing it and letting me get home with my newborn baby in 110 degree weather which i told him. He tried to sell me a tire they don’t even carry. This is the most disgusting and pathetic thing a company could do. All i needed was to get three miles down the road till i could order a new tire. Matt (Short bald guy) is who i spoke too and i hope if he has kids this is not how he is treated.

Just had a set of Atturo Trail Blade all terrains installed. The crew who did the work were great! They got me out almost 30 minutes ahead of their schedule and really knew their stuff. They were very cool about me looking at my vehicle while they had it jacked up( after ensuring I had eye pro and closed toed shoes). Good bunch will do business with them again.

Came in last hour of the day.
Dom was happy to help with a full set helped find the best tires suited for my needs. With the best price i could find all around town.
Even being last hour of the day.
Not a single huff or puff.
The Wait was only 20min. I was shocked how fast friendly helpful worth every dollar.

Whoever was doing air checks on 4/19/2024 around 3:30 pm
Deflated my tires to 35 psi when my tires should be 40 psi on a Ford focus SE
I went in today because the way my car was driving felt wrong after filling up the tires.
I just communicate that person that did that is a huge liability working for y’all. Sure enough when I went in to get refilled my tires were below 35 psi in less than a week.
Careful when you come do air checks here that they don’t deflate your tires.
As that is a way to get your tires to wear faster and causes flat tires.
Had something happened to me I sure would’ve sued.

Bryce really ruined this experience for me, I have gone to this Discount ever since i got my car which has been years wether it’s a repair or a new tire. I came in for a nail in my tire and right off the bat he shut it down saying it’s probably leaking due to my tires being bald, i clipped a picture of my tires and they aren’t close to bald. If a customer tells you no on a new tire several times, it’s extremely frustrating having to continuously say no I don’t want to be convinced over and over. I will be going to a different one because I have never had issues in the past but Bryce would not take no for an answer and was extremely persistent. Technician came out and said he patched it with no problem of course , as they have before thank you to the technician!!!

If you have to come to this location for any tire issues, take your valve stem caps off yourself and put them back on yourself. Never trust these guys with them.

Great service, friendly staff, and they got my car done in less than half of the time they quoted me. I buy all my tires at Discount Tire and this location does a great job!
