Michelle and her Husband are awesome Jewelers. I work in downtown Mesa and it’s my go to jewelry store for vintage pieces. I have bought some of my most loved pieces from them. Michelle is very patient and offers exceptional customer service. Can you believe this jewelry store is about 70 years old. Such a pillar to the community of Downtown Mesa!

I brought a silver ring here to be sized (for $90 which seemed high) and they returned it to me with polish on the stones which they removed when I asked about it. My problem is that when I got home I realized that two of the smaller stones were not reset property and sticking out of the ring sideways and it appears that another stone may have fallen out abs been replaced without my knowledge. It cost me another $110 to fix the damage at a different shop. As I was waiting for the quote I looked at another ring and it was a bit wonky, that should have given me pause to second guess having the work done here but I did it anyway, my regret.

Beautiful work and so fast! Had my ring sized down and now it's perfect! Michelle was up front about the cost and service via live chat, and the jeweler had it done the next day. Would recommend for all your jewelry needs.

I love going here. I love the mom and pop shops. This place is small yet there is a great selection. If you need something they don't have.... yes they will special order it. I came in for a Christmas gift for my wife. I love the personal experience and the customized help. You can go in with an idea and they are so good about asking questions to help you find that perfect something. Yes they have jewelry and some really cool Seiko dancing clocks that play music. If you want the personal touch and not a big box store, this is the place to go.

I was glad they were open on weekends. As the place I usually go to that is a bit closer isn't, and I can't get there during regular business hours.
