We were referred to Diamond Kitchen and Bath after our friends had a fabulous experience at the Phoenix store. We went to the Mesa store and were fortunate to meet with Brian Alagna. His excellent communication skills and friendliness combined with his prowess as a salesman and designer, ensured that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. If you are looking for someone who will guide you through the process of selecting your cabinets, countertops and accessories with expertise and care, Brian is undoubtedly the person to turn to. We couldn’t be happier with our choices, and we wholeheartedly recommend Brian to anyone in search of top-notch service and design expertise. We are hopeful that the rest of the process will be completed in the same professional manner that we experienced with Brian and Josh, who measured our kitchen. We will update this review after our cabinets and countertops have been installed.

Our home remodeling journey with Diamond Kitchen and Bath began with the purchase of new kitchen cabinets and countertops. Cody, our original sales manager, showcased his expertise by guiding us through some minor design alterations to our kitchen layout, which greatly enhanced our overall experience.Colton installed our cabinets, and it was one of the best experiences I've had working with a tradesperson on a project in Arizona. We have an area in the project that added cabinets along an existing pony wall separating the kitchen from a hallway. This area was going to be a challenge. Colton offered me a couple of easy solutions to the problem, explained each thoroughly, including any aesthetic differences, and executed that solution efficiently without lengthening the timeline for his trade to be completed. He arrived on time daily, cleaned up his work area each evening before leaving, and communicated effectively throughout the process.After Cody's transfer to another department, Tony stepped in to ensure my satisfaction with the purchase. His dedication was evident when I discovered that a couple of the cabinets were a slightly different model than expected during the installation. Tony promptly addressed my concerns and presented innovative solutions to the perceived challenges, showcasing his commitment to customer satisfaction.Overall, I would highly recommend Diamond Kitchen and Bath. Their prices are excellent, the quality of the products exceeds my expectations, and the level of customer service is impeccable.

I wish I would have gone to DK& B in Mesa first before my current cabinet vendor. Unfortunately for me, I'm on a time crunch and cannot wait the 10 week delivery time for cabinets at this stage in my remodel.That said, my experience in Diamond kitchen Mesa location has been the best and most thorough experience than any other cabinet vendor I have dealt with thus far. In one single visit, Brian A. provided my wife and I a more detailed quote, price breakdown, and levels-better renderings than anyone we have dealt with thus far. I came here to look at sinks and walked out with a full kitchen quote. The final quote received here was better than my current cabinet vendor and just miles above in customer service.Huge shoutout to Brian for his expertise and incredible customer service and follow up. He even guessed the dimensions of my kitchen (within a few inches) just by looking at some pictures. His customer service and expertise alone, had me very seriously considering switching my business to DK&B. Honestly can't say enough about the thoroughness and professionalism of the service I received- even as just a potential customer. Still kicking myself for not checking this place out sooner.

We had a wonderful experience with Martha at Diamond Kitchen & Bath and would highly recommend them! After we closed on our new build, we wanted to add lots of new cabinets to our new home. We went through all of the rooms with Martha and she did an amazing job creating cabinet layouts that would work for us. She was very detail oriented, great at communicating, and very patient as we changed our mind several times. Our cabinets all arrived in the given timeline and were installed excellently. I highly recommend Kevin for your install job, he was a pleasure to work with as well. We also feel that we got a great value and saved lots of money versus going through the builder. We will definitely be using them again in the future for more projects. Thank you, Martha & Kevin!

Diamond Cabinets did a great job, Kenny Burch was very good with our design and knowing what additional items for install, so that nothing was forgot. The only problem was some cabinet doors were on back order, as soon as they were in, they installed them. Good company to deal with

Overall, We had a great experience working with Diamond Kitchen and Bath! From the very beginning working with Martha to the end everyone we encountered was extremely professional.
