Had another AC company out to fix my unit since these guys wouldn't answer the phone. Good thing too because I found out they actually turned the speed control down to low after writing on the last service paperwork that they had turned it up to high. Now why would Ryan blatantly lie about that? I probably didn't need to have a valve replaced either. Untrustworthy.

Highly recommend this company. We needed a new A/C unit and interviewed 5 companies. Degree had the most professional and knowledgeable person who explained the benefits of their company and their service programs. Believe it, or not, they also offered the best equipment at the best price. There installation was completed in one day and the company worked to make sure we were entirely satisfied. We also hired them to do the annual service for our furnace and 2nd A/C unit.

This review is specifically for Martin the tech working for Degree. He was so proffesional, knowledgeable, friendly and kind. As for the owner and lady scheduler who never picks up the phone....owner needs to understand that people take days off work to get this stuff done...refers me to the scheduler for all issues and she never picks up or calls back unless the owner calls her. I would replace this lady as she isn't helping your business. When she did call back finally she acted as if she was doing me the favor doing her job. Lucky that Martin saves your business.

This company called me this morning and I called them right back because I don't live in AZ anymore. I told them to remove my number and that I don't live there plus my son owns a HVAC. Well "KYLE" then rang my phone 6 more times. I was in a meeting and had to leave the room and literally told him NOT TO CALL MY PHONE ONE MORE TIME. He then proceeded to call me a "Biotch". Not very professional. I blocked them and then they turned around and rang my number from other phone and left messages from Ryan and Bob. These people are rude, unprofessional and downright nasty. My number is on the DO NOT CALL list and I am now filing a complaint.

I had to use this company because of my warranty. It took them 2 days to initially come out to look at my AC. The technician replaced a part but didn't stay to make sure the unit was working again, and it never fixed the issue. Then took another 2 days to come back out and look at the unit.. maybe more if they no-show like the last 2 times. Going on 4 days with no air and it's 115 degrees outside. Other companies in the area offer same day repair service. I'll be canceling my warranty because of my experience with this claim/contractor.

Bob came on a Sunday to diagnose and repair our AC unit. It was 107 outside and he had the western sun on his back. He was efficient and fair. We were extremely grateful to him for giving up family time to help us out. We would like to recommend his business to anyone who needs excellent service.Service: HVAC system repair

Degree ac is by far the best ! *** and **** are wonderful! I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs . My air conditioner went out on a Saturday and I had it installed Sunday.. the next day , which was on ************** *** is reliable and honest and fair in price.He beat 3 other companies on their prices and installed the next day. When I called with questions , *** answered my call right away. Great service!! Thank you *** and **** at degree air conditioning. Very Happy customer ******

Bob and Ryan were excellent to deal with, personable, very reasonably priced and so helpful! They really bent over backwards to help me with installation of two different houses. Would absolutely might recommend them.

This company replaced our unit and IMMEDIATELY our attic was flooded. They half way repaired the damage they caused then within 2 years we were having issues. Come to find out, not only did they install our coil BACKWARDS, causing issues, they scheduled an appointment MORE THAN ONCE to have the tech come out and look at it and never showed and stopped communicating with me! They are a scam company. They do poor work at best and are unprofessional.

Teach your drivers how to drive, on his phone all over the road and changing lanes with no blinker. He almost hit me twice ….. first time on the 60 he came into my lane with no blinker and pulled out in front of me going slow. The second time on Gilbert road as we turned he came into my lane instead of going into the lane he came from . Glad I took his picture after the first time .

Good company to suit your heating and air conditioning needs. They many years of experience servicing the east valley. Ryan is very thorough in trouble shooting any problems with your system and making sure to get you the best deal on a replacement and to make sure that your install is the correct fit and complete to your satisfaction. Bob is super knowledgeable in all areas of climate control and is sure to continue passing his knowledge down to others in his employ. Friendly professional staff and just an all around good company to suit you seasonal needs as well as taking care of any emergency that may arise. I highly recommend them.
