Impaired Customers please beware! Truth always reveals itself, and now I know why. Management is known to me now, and I feel saddened, stupid even to have sought help and not got it. My concerns went into one ear and right out the other. Typical... smh. It's not the staff but the most assuredly the management.
They pretend to care like they are taking your concerns seriously when they don't give a hoot. I could see asking for a credit or something. But a bag!! Particularly when you have lots and lots of stuff, thus struggling & straining to carry it.
I mean, I will pay extra if I have to, even up to salvaging or bringing my own bags...smh. This is money and a lot of it out of my pocket. I will just bring my own bags and low-key record my experience as I'm not hiding my pain & frustration.
I also reported it to the ADA, and they are also discreetly investigating how impaired people are both treated and made to feel. Struggling with multiple, often heavy bags and the excuse is, oh you can leave your basket and go get your car cause adding insult to nea4 injury the ate forbidden to help you!!
Oh! You can't take the baskets out, and sometimes you struggle carrying out lots of heavy bags. They could make it easier instead of shoving a lot of stuff in smaller ones with no care, empathy, or compassion. They hold onto to those large bags like one's true love, and that's scary, sinister, and scary. Taking asking for a bag to a whole other level. It starts to equate to Pacific Islanders being treated indifferently. are not fobs by expecting common courtesy by any means. Then a revelation!
It couldn't possibly be the insubordinate employees, but the manager enforcing them to treat their customers badly. They are clearly doing what they are told, so why fret about something you have no control over. The moment you walk out of the store, you're a distant memory and one soon forgotten no matter how much money you spend, and that's just horrible. The funny thing is I've been going before they even started ! It's a far cry from a sense of entitlement but the principle and respect.
Alas is one not entitled to durable bagging where the employees ahove as much into one as possible being uncaring (management telling them to do it clearly) then burdening customers to lug out struggling and particularly with a lot of purchases. All I know is karmatic comeuppance has a way of making you feel the pain you vicariously, unprofessional lying, and willing inflict on others. If you're disabled, impaired, handicapped please beware as they could care less.
Maybe go elsewhere if possible, but then again, you shouldn't have to! Let them go, and not a moment too soon! Anyway, should one choose to, you will not be treated with the care (active word) that you deserve, and bad customer service should come to expect but at this store for convenience sake sadly I've adapted and learned to live with it.

If there was the option of fewer stars I would make it -5. The customer service was the worst, cashiers yelling at customers to remove their hangers from their clothes, giving specific orders, the manager was rude, setting an example of the worst service you could receive. I used to like going to this store for its prices and things that could be found, but frankly if I could get such mediocre service from these employees by paying less, I prefer to pay a little more when I have the means and not risk these scenes that are so degrading for one as a customer. We do not have to tolerate it, nor do they have to. If you don't like your job, change to another one that doesn't bother you, just as a customer, by not returning to this store it is solved. The poorest customer service I have ever seen.

Good customer service, but the store itself could use some help. I wanted to purchase an item that was bigger and a little bit more heavy. Not only were both of the same items that I wanted damaged, but they were hooked on to the shelf in a weird way so one fell, and there was no way for me to get it back up. And I can tell that the items were damaged because they were not hung up properly and kept falling. Too bad, because I really wanted that item. I saw a little kid bashing on an item, and a store clerk walked past and did nothing. Nobody cares about anything anymore and it's just a bummer. I guess I shouldn't expect anything more in 2024.

Here's another store if you're on a budget DD's have the best supplies of shoes shirts pants pictures anything that you want anything that you need for your house DD's have it women and men's clothing accessories also cologne and perfume I always find myself going back and forth to DD's.
