I had an amazing experience! I called and they let me pick up my order at the warehouse. The prices are amazing and the staff were even better. They showed me thoer items they had in stock and had the best customer service! I will only be using them in the future.

I'm sure their service is good. This more a criticism of Google. This place is not a stare front. I was looking for a place to get supplies & ask some welding questions. If that is what you are wanting. Try another. Lol

I can't say enough good things about this company. Anytime we've needed something urgently or had a problem, they've come through and provided the best service. The option to pick-up directly from their warehouse has saved us on a few occasions! Other companies could learn a thing or two from how they treat their customers. We'll always buy our welding supplies from them.

I ordered a new gun for my Hobart 135. Well, I ordered the wrong part number. I realized this after opening the package. I called the 888 number and spoke with Cynthia. She gave me the correct part number, she told me to reorder it and I could return the wrong one. I also realized the warehouse was only 20 minutes from my house. Went to the warehouse the next day, they had the correct one up front waiting for me. My refund on the returned part was in the bank before I got home. That's customer service!

Just picked up a new Miller 220 and can't be happier with the service I received. Called the main number and spoke to a young lady and asked if I was able to pick the welder up directly from the warehouse in Mesa. She said I could and would check to see if they had what I wanted in stock. She stated there was only one left and if I ordered it right now I should get it. Well that's what I did and she was awesome enough to call me back and let me know that she got the order and it was mine to pickup.Once I got to the warehouse there were a few ladies there that helped me out and just like that I'm ready to weld. Great service and I look forward to dealing with them again.
