Every single time I go here, I always have to come twice.
The first visit is them always filling the wrong prescription. One time I was even scolded saying my doctor needs to leave a note. When I informed them that my doctor has been leaving notes, every single month they say "oh".
Today, the pharmacist refused my prescription saying a doctors note isn't enough, and I need a DAW 1. Until last month, I never had any issues. The pharmacist was very rude and incredibly unhelpful, and claimed she won't help me because of the "amphetamine epidemic". I can't help but feel I was profiled here.
After speaking with my doctor I find out that I already HAVE a DAW 1.
I'm frustrated how hard it is to get medicine that I need to function and how I'm treated like a criminal simply because I need a medicine that helps me appear at least half way normal.

This CVS is unparalleled to others... Sally, my favorite of all the workers there which is saying a lot because all of the workers are absolutely incredible! She takes the cake. Any and every issue I've ever had with CVS has somehow been dealt with by her in a way that not only is sufficient but makes me want to advocate for the company as a whole. Thank you Sally for everything you have done for me and I push this location in particular, solely because of you! Thank you CVS for having workers like her that rock the world!

Price of item on line showed available at my local cvs was priced higher when I got there. Showed cashier she said she couldn't lower the price. She said if I bought it on line to pick up there she would have pulled it and had it ready but she couldn't honor price in store, how stupid is that. That's ok Walgreens showed same price know where I'm going next time.

CVS on Guadalupe and Crismon is the worst. They never have enough people, the drive through is never open and when you walk in and the tech is sitting on his phone doing nothing is ridiculously frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend new people bringing their prescriptions here and you should transfer to a new location if you want an experience that isn’t awful.
