Been here in the drive-thru for 22 minutes to pick up some medicine, and they have been with the same car this entire time. Really...?

My Wife’s prescription was sent to the CVS we use regularly. They shared they needed 24 hours to fill it as it was not in stock until 11am the next day.
At 3:30 the next day, we arrived at the same location and was told they hadn’t been able to fill it yet, but give them an hour. 2 hours later, we received a call saying they still didn’t have it, but might have it at this (Greenfield) location. They shared that her Doctor had to call this location to confirm they have it. Since it was after 5, her Doctor was out for the day and couldn’t call to verify. I drove 35 minutes to personally check and upon arrival was told they do have it, but cannot transfer between locations without the Doctor approving it. I asked why, and no one knew, except it was the type of drug and “the system” wouldn’t allow the transfer without her Doctor approval.
The doctor approved the prescription when he sent it over and simply sent it to our closest location. He would have sent it anywhere, but CVS doesn’t share which location has what product, so she would have to continue suffering because of the ineptitude of one location and the poor policy of this one.
I explained my wife has Stage 4 Metastic Melanoma that has spread throughout her body and she needed relief. We were now 36 hours after the prescription was called in and they expected her to wait another 12 hours for her doctor to transfer. I also explained the mess from the other location, but no one could or would do anything.
Her doctor sent it to the location closest to us, the one we use regularly. He would have sent it anywhere, but that is the location we chose. Her doctor clearly meant for her to have the prescription, so why can’t they transfer it? Their “Policy”, which the employees didn’t understand was the reason they made her suffer an additional 12 hours.

CVS employee has the nerve to make a remark at people saying they shouldn’t smile in their passport picture because “they won’t be smiling when they come and get them” like what kind of evil person makes a comment like that!!! Especially with everything going on!

I wish there was a way I didn't have to leave even one star. I went to pick up a prescription and was met with an attendant that looked like she hated me the moment she came to window. I gave the name, date of birth and proceeded to give my medical payment card and was told it was not working. When attendant placed card in the sliding tray for me to retrieve she placed it closest to her which meant I could not reach it. I advised attendant that I could not reach it and she stood there and said "I can't push it any further". She could have. She could have pulled the tray in and pushed the card forward where I could stretch my arm to reach. I was not far from being able to reach it had she placed it closer for a patient to grab. What if I was 70 years old or 80 years old and fragile picking up my prescription? (Is it because instead I am a young and latino) I said no worries I will back up and pull up closer (I was already very dangerously close) so that I could almost have to reach my entire half of upper body to retrieve that card. She hated waiting on me. She hated that she had to help me because when I asked her to give me a minute to give her another card, she slammed the phone down and walked off. I asked the attendant when she came back to the window, "is there a problem?" And she stone cold said "how do you mean?" I said "did I do something to provoke this bad service from you" She walked away, did not apologize. The Pharmacist walks up to the window and immediately I'm met with attitude "What seems to be the problem?" Before I could say anything. I said "you're going to back her?" And she says "YES" I said "you didn't even let me tell you how she was making me feel with her service." The pharmacist then tells me I will not be able to pick up my medication at this location again. I could not believe it. I will launch a complaint formally.

Never had a problem until today. Rude service as soon as I pulled up to the window. No patience. I was the only car in the drive through but they tried rushing me off. Then another pharmacy tried to threaten not giving me the prescription. It's 9am. Attitude for what

The pharmacy will restrict your access to care. You have to initiate every bit of the resolution process. The pharmacy will do nothing offer a resolution for you. No one in the pharmacy bothers to provide even mediocre customer service. I actually have filed a complaint to the state board because I might possibly have to go 8 weeks without my preclscription because of how bad they messed up my prescription. There is not a single person in the pharmacy I have spoken to that has even shown an interest in providing customer service. I spoke with a gentleman who refused to give me his name, and he abruptly hung up on me. I tried to get his information from Libby, but she didn't seem to care to find out who it was. It seems to be the standard for this pharmacy to provide well below subpar care to patients. When I get my prescription issues resolved, I intend on changing pharmacies permanently because I don't want to see how they'd treat me if it was a medication that was vital to keeping me alive.
Update: I tried calling again to get this resolved and both the pharmacy tech amd pharmacist refused to actually provide a resolution and refused to give me their names when I requested it. I even requested the pharmacist's license information and he directly told me he would not provide it to me. He also lied about supply chain issues being why they wouldn't fill the remaining 2 boxes. Per the manufacturer's website and the FDA's website, this medication is NOT on the short supply list. They kept telling me they were doing what they could; however, I had to reach out on 12/27 and find out they left the status of my prescription as being completed, and that was why I never got my remaining 56 day supply of my prescription. So, they were not doing what they could. I even had to push on the pharmacy tech on 12/27 when he tried offering an override because I did not need an override. I just needed my full 84 day supply of the prescription they ran as a claim to my insurance that I never received.
I did manage to get them to change it back to a 28 day supply so I could change what pharmacy I use for my next fill because it is unacceptable to be mistreated like I have been by the staff of this pharmacy. Also, my complaint to the State Board of Pharmacy is already being reviewed so that no one else has to endure this poor treatment from the staff of this pharmacy. I will never give a recommendation to this location. Please just use any other CVS because I have never dealt with so many issues like I have with this one. And I even used to be an employee for the corporate side of the company for 3 years.
And for anyone who has had the same experience, please please please be filing complaints to the State Board of Pharmacy. They need to held accountable. And if you have had an issue with how they filled your prescription and you aren't able to get a refill because they claim it's too soon- that is fraud. Please report it to the Inspector General's office at the Department of Human and Health Services (HHS). After reading through other reviews, I realized I needed to add this paragraph so more people have the tools needed to advocate for themselves and hold this pharmacy account since they are NOT committed to providing quality care with integrity.

I do not appreciate being sent straight to voicemail, with a commitment to have a return call within and hour, and rarely getting a call back. Prescriptions are repeatedly getting lost or wrong and I can't get through to the pharmacy to work out the glitches. For example, my doctor sent four prescriptions, but the automated system only shows two. The doctor prescribed a 90- day supply, but CVS ONLY filled a 30- day supply, then rejected the prescription renewal a month later staring they had already filled the order. I would go back to Walgreens if my insurance would allow it!
