I scheduled an appointment with minute clinic for Saturday at 9:10. At 7:15 they texted asking me to confirm. Before I could even confirm, they texted 5 minutes later and cancelled my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances and told me I could reschedule. Thanks CVS. You are the absolute best. Not. I was going to call and figure out why it was cancelled but the automated machine was so long I gave up. I had been on the phone going through the different options and 5 minutes later I’m still answering questions to get to a representative with minute clinic. Waste of time.

I bought an Amazon gift card for 75 dollars to find it was cut in half and could not redeem it. They said call your bank. Would not even help me or offer refund. Worst store ever!

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service we had with the pharmacy here. The worst customer service and we were hung up on twice. All we wanted was a prescription filled for our 8 month old baby.

Manager very rude to me in the store a very degrading young guy have my age belittled me because I was trying to return things that I had not used and I had a receipt but I asked for store credit he treated me like crap he was accusing me of starting an argument when I was asking him a question about hsa he was telling me that I'm not allowed to return things and get a store credit and I said no one has ever told me this before and he said I'm trying to start a fight with him I said thank you for letting me know he said I should be reading my book i'm 60 years old my age extremely rude manager I think him for the time I walked out I waited for my 21 year old son and he followed us out pretending to check the mailbox and staring us down actually think that something is going on with him I am gonna be this horrible experience I've been shopping at CVS for a couple of years

I am very pleased with the customer service provided by Cade at thus pharmacy he went above and beyond while at the drive thru picking up my prescription meds earlier today. I rate this pharmacy 10 stars ? ? ✨️

It seems like all the 24/7 CVS pharmacies have a bad rap. You’d think a multi million dollar company would have their stores a bit more organized and staffed better. Phone calls take 15-20min to get answered by a real person, or sometimes just get hung up on. The app and phone navigator are both terrible at refilling prescriptions. The staff are obviously annoyed when they have to do their job or if you ask additional questions. Maybe spend less on receipt paper and more on staff.

If I could give this store negative stars I absolutely would... I am an avid shopper at CVS but this particular store seemed to completely shock me to my core. When shopping I like to take my time and that sometimes means I spend more time than the normal shopper would. With that being said I spent a good amount of time with a cart picking out items I would like. After a while I was approached by a police officer asking me what I was doing. Thinking it's obvious since I had a shopping cart full of things I proceeded to let him know I was shopping and he answered letting me know it was noticed that I had been there a while and that I needed to hurry up my shopping before the situation got any worse. I was in complete dismay at this point since I don't believe I've ever heard of a law stating how long I'm allowed or not allowed to shop for. To be clear, I was not loitering by any means and I am never a thief (it's just not in my nature and flat out wrong) i decided to leave my cart full of items where i stood and walked out. Thank goodness there was a Walgreens across the street where I ended up spending a few hundred dollars. This was a clear example of discrimination since I have tattoos on my throat and arms and was such a disgrace. I hope this gets to a higher up that will be willing to retrain their staff on how and how not to treat shoppers no matter the size, color or style they have. On the other hand the Walgreens directly across the street sympathized with me and told me she would hear about this store having problems all the time. Don't waste your time or money at this CVS go to the Walgreens across the street instead. Trust me, you'll be glad you did!

They felt "uncomfortable" filling my script. Um it's your job....wow. and it's 24 hours but nothing is ready till 0800.
